The convenience of this place is absolutely amazing. I travel for work and it makes it really hard to stick to my diet plans on a budget. Usually, I cook my own meal preps, but since I was farther away from home this time this was a saving grace. I bought 10 meals and they have averaged out to about $10.50 a meal! Really great and delicious for what it is! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner she was really nice. Only feedback I have is to pre-steam the broccoli a little bit as it is still very raw after 90 seconds in the microwave

I love this place!! They are super friendly and the food is yummy, convenient and HEALTHY with all the macros listed. Super simple if you’re watching those macros. I first purchased the dinners yum, then I went back for the oatmeal breakfast and they were super yum!

Where do I begin? I have nothing but amazing things to say about FitKitchen. Prior to getting meals from F.K. I was buying meals from a different store in Turlock but I could never finish my meals because honestly they were so bland. I was waiting money. They were not nearly as healthy as FitKitchens either. A friend told me about F.K. and as soon as I walked in for the first time I knew this was my new spot. I’ve been eating F.K. For breakfast lunch and dinner for the past month and not only have I finally dropped weight, I feel so good with their clean healthy ingredients. I was worried the taste wouldn’t be there but I am not kidding when I say the food is so flavorful! Oh and there protein muffins and pancakes are to die for!! I also love how they put the macros on all of their foods. I have never had one bad meal from them! I will be using them for as long as they’re around!

It's a hit or miss with this place. Over the months l've felt like the quality has gotten worse. The chicken usually has bones in it. The potatoes are weird sometimes they are cooked sometimes not. The consistency is not there with a lot of the food. I do love when the owners are the cus one of the employees has a mad face all the time. I have also weighed the food and it’s often not what is listed on the label so the macros aren’t accurate.

Upon entering, I spotted a cockroach on the floor, which I initially overlooked. However, my disappointment heightened when I discovered one in my food the other day. It's disheartening as I once held a great fondness for this place.

I've never had meal prep taste this good!! Most other places are bland or add too much to try and compensate for flavor. I've been going to fit kitchen for over a month now and I've dropped 15lbs since getting my diet in check!! Without them I wouldn't be making progress like I am now!!
