If I could give more than five stars, I would! Hummus Republic in Turlock is hands-down one of the best places to eat in town. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. The staff is attentive, friendly, and makes sure you feel taken care of throughout your visit.
The food itself is absolutely phenomenal. Fresh, flavorful, and made to order — every bite feels like it was prepared with care. The hummus is creamy and perfectly seasoned, the falafel is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the variety of toppings and sauces lets you customize your bowl or wrap exactly how you like it. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Everything was vibrant, colorful, and so delicious that I didn’t want the meal to end.
What I especially love is how healthy and satisfying the food is without ever sacrificing flavor. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty protein-packed bowl, a refreshing salad, or something bold and zesty with their sauces, you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.
On top of that, the restaurant is clean and inviting, making it a comfortable spot to dine in or grab food to go. The service was quick, efficient, and delivered with kindness, which really made the whole experience stand out.
Turlock is lucky to have Hummus Republic, and it has definitely become one of my go-to places. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a meal that’s fresh, delicious, and served with great customer service!

Staff was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful with our selections. They allowed us to sample all of the hummus options to find which ones we'd like best in our wraps (ALL of them were unbelievable so it made the decision very difficult but fun lol). They were very patient and explained in detail all of their available options and allowed us to choose EVERYTHING we wanted and still somehow made it fit into our wraps. I was astonished they were able to wrap it all up with all of the ingredients we chose. The restaurant was EXTREMELY clean, smelled fantastic, had amazing AC and plenty of seating. The drink options were unbelievable and the menu was beyond healthy AND exciting. Although I do not live in town I will hopefully be making weekly trips to this establishment. We need to support restaurants like these with healthy options that taste fantastic and make you feel just plain good. What an energy boost and a treat to my digestive system. As silly as that sounds... It is 💯 accurate. This is the perfect place for meals all summer long. Definitely come here. Definitely spend your money here and DEFINITELY tell everyone you know.

This is my 2nd time eating, well ordering from Hummus Republic and I kind of forgot how good it actually is. The food is fresh fresh, no wilted greens here, the portions are on the bigger side and really you can't beat these wonderful flavors. My favorite sauce is the Moroccan sauce, but I think the dolmades are some of the best I have had in years. I actually had so much food that it was lunch and dinner. There really isn't much food diversity here in the Valley, well not any that's worth commenting on except Humuus Republic. Please don't change or go away and for anyone curious, just check it out they have a good menu.

Okay, ordered a bowl for lunch, and it was great, so my entire family doordashed some for dinner. $250 order with 6 entrees, sauces, and dolmades. Basically EVERY single order had problems and was missing things. No corn, no sauce, barely any couscous (and the couscous was all burnt), etc. We also paid for many extra sauces on the side, and they only gave us two. We placed the order at 7:14, and the restaurant closed at 8:00 which we did not know. Clearly they were out of many things by the end of the night and just gave us the scraps instead of making more.

Went with a friend we both loves our meals. The sweet potato fries fried to perfection (crispy not soft or soggy) try the hot sauce!! And always get the onions and jalapeños. Loves the crispy chicken sandwich will be back for a bowl

I was super excited to come try this place but when I got there it was extremely disappointing. The workers weren’t trying at all and the food did not look fresh. When we got the food the falafel wasn’t cooked and it looks and tastes store bought. The crispy chicken wasn’t cooked as well and tasted very bad. I got a bowl and two sandwiches for 45 dollars! This is way too expensive. I will never be coming back to this place ever again! If I could rate this a 0 I would.
