I was not allowed to upgrade the size of my drink as I always do, so I had to cancel my entire order. I order a medium drink separately, as it was the only way he would give me a medium, and i was handed a small cup and told they changed the sizes, but I was not given any notice, and i could not upgrade as I had already payed. They were also very rude throughout the process, and laughing.

Sad day no way I pay those prices for that processed qrap they call food. You all enjoy them $2 upgrade prices. I went the store bought my own stuff for cheaper and had way better hamburgers for less. Never again sad past time for me. Thanx for the free wifi tho with my cup of coffee...

I stopped to get a quick bite of 2 tacos and a jr. Cheeseburger. The server was just there, and took forever to get my order to me. Maybe I'm used to the Hussle here in Fresno, but the tacos were terrible. Shell over cooked Half a head of lettuce, over kill, but they were trying to cover up on how bad the meat was seasoned. Maybe it was just a.n Off day. But, I had just finished my shift and I wasn't familiar with the town, but who doesn't know a jack in the box restaurant. No good, I didn't like the food, oh the hamburger reminds me of the school cafeteria food. I didn't like the school's burgers then, and I don't like them now. So, hopefully they get it together. That's my thoughts on this place. Cheated outta 10 bucks.
