Food was great but the older Portuguese lady (I'm assuming she's a manager) is pretty rude when she's in a rush. She's frustrated at her employees and projects that same frustration to the customers. Besides her, the food is great. I enjoyed it, would recommend.

I pretty much order the same thing every time and Brittanie J. that works the overnight shift always makes sure my order is fresh. There’s not an option on the app for my add-ons but she knows my add-ons without me having to ask for it. She is DEFINITELY the best!!!

Saturday evening, we were hungry and wanted to dine inside, Doors were locked at 9:45pm. Nice way to show your customers that you don't want them inside.
We drove across town, due to bad employee habits and lack of courtesy to Senior Citizens.

The food we got was really really good. It was fresh. I only gave the service 3 stars only because the girl I don't know maybe her to nationality that makes her seem like she's not always in a good mood but she wasn't mean just didn't seem happy. And it could have been at the time of day we went. However, she's always like that ever since I've been going for the last 7 years so maybe it is her nationality and not her personality. But the food was really good and I was very happy. Either way I do recommend this Jack in the box. You may not get a happy person taking your order but you will get really good food and service.
