The only reason I go to Jack In The Box is for the Oreo Milkshake. This time these people idk what they were doing but there wasn't anyone at or around to take my order. That was sum bs for sure. And it was during open hours.

When I pulled up to the drive thru the lady told me they aren't taking drive thru orders.....I was confused kind of thinking, she could just take my order. Luckily I made a mobile order ahead of time, so I told her and she told me to pull up..... I was confused as to why I could make an order online but not in person.

I went through this Jack in the Box drive through and the ordering process was very long, almost 20 minutes. The staff never returned my credit card after I paid for my meal, they gave me the wrong drink, and got the food order incorrect. After I realized my card was missing I checked my bank and saw that after the initial charge there was a 2nd charge of about $35 right after I left the restaurant. I am disputing the charge with my bank since it was fraudulent. I had to drive back to the restaurant the next day to get my card back. I won’t be returning to this incompetently staffed Jack in the Box.

I went here today (12/15/2024) to order a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger (and some other stuff) from the value menu. For some reason, the receipt said "No Bacon." The food was good, but if you go, please be careful what you say in your order when you're ordering from here.

To speak for all the Jack in the boxes in turlock, they all suck. You literally need to get out of turlock just to go somewhere to eat and that includes every restaurant I've been to. Sad but true honestly. Turlock is known for that when it comes to food service based on my experience.
