Saturday evening, we were hungry and wanted to dine inside, Doors were locked at 9:45pm. Nice way to show your customers that you don't want them inside.
We drove across town, due to bad employee habits and lack of courtesy to Senior Citizens.

The food we got was really really good. It was fresh. I only gave the service 3 stars only because the girl I don't know maybe her to nationality that makes her seem like she's not always in a good mood but she wasn't mean just didn't seem happy. And it could have been at the time of day we went. However, she's always like that ever since I've been going for the last 7 years so maybe it is her nationality and not her personality. But the food was really good and I was very happy. Either way I do recommend this Jack in the box. You may not get a happy person taking your order but you will get really good food and service.

Monae was extremely great and helpful a couple weeks ago I had placed the wrong order for the wrong location and I never made it to go pick up my food they said that I could come back later I went in yesterday to go get tacos and explain to her the situation she went ahead and took care of my issue she was very kind friendly as she always is big reason why I go to geer location great smile too!! Kinda cute🤠great customer service give this woman a raise though she's always doing a good job just like all the other staff at this location

The only reason I go to Jack In The Box is for the Oreo Milkshake. This time these people idk what they were doing but there wasn't anyone at or around to take my order. That was sum bs for sure. And it was during open hours.
We really like the onion rings. We tried the egg rolls and they were very good.

When I pulled up to the drive thru the lady told me they aren't taking drive thru orders.....I was confused kind of thinking, she could just take my order. Luckily I made a mobile order ahead of time, so I told her and she told me to pull up..... I was confused as to why I could make an order online but not in person.

I went through this Jack in the Box drive through and the ordering process was very long, almost 20 minutes. The staff never returned my credit card after I paid for my meal, they gave me the wrong drink, and got the food order incorrect. After I realized my card was missing I checked my bank and saw that after the initial charge there was a 2nd charge of about $35 right after I left the restaurant. I am disputing the charge with my bank since it was fraudulent. I had to drive back to the restaurant the next day to get my card back. I won’t be returning to this incompetently staffed Jack in the Box.
