On my way to get a pedicure, I walked past Jimmy John’s. It was really nice to see an employee opening up, listening to her music and singing while getting everything ready. I even danced a bit myself lol!!! I love seeing people happy—it definitely set a good vibe. 😊 She really made my day a positive in this mean world.

Music was so loud my husband and I couldn’t even have a conversation. We were the only ones inside and our sandwiches took more than 10 minutes. The people working were behind the counter walking around on their phones. Both our sandwiches were cold subs so not sure what we were waiting on.

We came in yesterday to try the Picklewich sandwich and I was super sad when they told me it was no longer on the menu! We had made a detour driving back from Yosemite back home to Monterey to specifically try this sandwich because we don't have a Jimmy Johns where we live. Mikayla and Greg, that were working, could see I was sad and said they would make and exception, THEY MADE IT FOR ME! These two were so nice and kind, really cool of them to do that. Thank you (:
