This is the worst KFC and I've thought maybe it was an off day. I've gone several time and left actually frustrated almost everytime. The staff is so rude and careless. They have messed up my order which is not complicated, everytime. They always say they are out of chicken even mid-day when their customer service skills make it seem like they just don't want to make any. 10/10 would not recommend. Worth driving to a different KFC.

The management of this place has some serious problem. Couldn't order a root beer float because of the float machine was broke. Got a 14-piece bucket. Watch two or three buckets walk out of here. Even someone back out of the drive-thru. They said they didn't have enough for our buckets so they could give it to everybody else. When we finally got my check in it look like it had been cooked twice. Regular recipe was dark brown I see my receipt says 444. It was 5:20 when we got our meal. I wouldn't give him any stars on service but I had to put something

So far only one person at this location was courteous and friendly. Dallas. The mgr Andrea is very rude. I go to this store every Tuesday for the same deal and only once was I treated courteously. I try to order via phone to make sure my order is correct and I order early so it’s ready when I pick it up. Once they totally didn’t process my order and I had to wait anyway. They still get my order wrong. This last time I called in and now they say they aren’t taking phone orders.

Went through drive through with my family. Drive through cashier was very friendly and patient with our order and how long we took to order. Best service we've ever received at this restaurant by far. Name tag on hat said her name was Mia. 10/10 Great service, would come again.
Not the best. Dirty, food was mediocre. Looks like it did in 1997 only worn out with faded signs, and nasty tables. Will not go back...

Disappointed in the price and quality of the food. When we were asked to round up for charity, after we donated and asked what it was for, we were not told it was for employees to attend college. It's not my idea of a "charity" probably wouldn't have done donated for that cause. They should probably be a little more detailed on what donations are for charity .. i.e. not st judes or red cross... but for employees' college fees.

Andrea was the person who helped up. Great customer service. Went above and beyond. She was very helpful and with a great attitude. Definitely will be coming back and recommending with great customer service. Leaving happy always makes someones day brighter and she surely did that.
The level of incompetence is staggering. I've been to this KFC three times in the past year, the first time they wanted to close early and we're pretty much out of everything. The second time I ordered pulled around, waited for 10 minutes then headed inside just to find out that my order was canceled because they were out of everything, but chose not to come and tell me. And just today I went through the drive-thru and only one of the three things that I ordered, correct. This place needs new management, new staff, and a new distributor because they are almost always out of something.

Literally just went to the drive-thru the only customer here. Not sure how they're still in business, however they made me pull around when they finally got my food to me. They had it upside down on the box with no napkins and when I open the box up it's spilled all over me and I went inside to get napkins and they just acted like it was no big deal trash
