I recently had a disappointing experience at this location due to the consistently poor customer service provided by the front staff member, Rosana. She does not greet customers upon arrival and her demeanor comes across as dismissive and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I believe basic courtesy—such as a simple greeting and respectful interaction—is a reasonable expectation. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism has led me to take my business elsewhere where customer service is valued and customers are treated with respect.

My most favorite place of all in Turlock both for excellent customer service and really good products, especially their bread and pastry. Keep the great job up!

Not what I expected, but something new. Good variety of new goodies. Pick up a box of cookies, not sure of the nationality but it all looks good. The cookie are or more like were good. Had them for dessert and breakfast. Store clean and organized. Folks friendly.
Some of the best bakery locations in town
Always coming back and forth from Emanuel I noticed this place. I am always attracted to bakeries as is most people I'm certain. I have to admit I am not from the area so I wasn't certain what kind of bakery it was when I arrived. The woman who was working was nice enough she kind of looked at me like maybe I was lost. But all in all seem like a nice place I purchased an apricot perok from there which was delicious. Did a little research to see what it was that I had bought. Definitely will be back to buy another one and maybe some of the delicious bread I saw.
Love this place! They have the best prices and highest quality of everything they bring into their market. The staff is extremely informative, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone who is in the Central valley area.
