I went to this location because it was only one open and got two meals and they missed both the sandwiches so I had to go back around for me just to wait for it 15 minutes! A old ass lady with the tattoos threw me the burgers without a bag when it was raining! This location sucks specially the customer service! 3/18/25

I went to this location tonight 3/13/25 and ordered 3 items. 2 of the 3 were great. However, my sprite tasted like mold, and I thought maybe it was just me so I got a second opinion. Pulled over to look at it and it is discolored and foggy! Absolutely disgusted and am hoping I don’t get sick from this. Do better!
Highly recommend using the app. This location is usually busy, but using the app really helps speed things along. Staff always greet me with a smile and a happy greeting. Never had an issue with service or food order.

It's a normal McDonald's but bigger, it's decent in every way.

We came through the drive through and were sent to park even though there wasn’t anyone else on the drive through. After us we noticed a bunch of people getting parked. We have other worked drive through so we understand that they are trying to keep their drive through times low, that was not what got us to this rating. We got our food and we could tell they literally threw our food in the bag in a rush. We were rushed, not treated like paying customers and put in a parking spot like just another number. The solution to lower drive through times isn’t parking cars and giving crappy orders, it’s to being more efficient via training and refreshers. We won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s moving forward. Countryside McDonald’s will get our business moving forward. We don't expect 5 start restaurant treatment when we come to a fast food joint but don’t rush us and park us to then throw our food in a bag that where we have to dig for fries at the bottom of two burgers. Be a tiny bit more careful with your work.

Morning Manager lacks customer service, very incompetent, couldnt answer basic questions then got upset at customer for sitting before ordering. Do better McDonald's

Went through the drive thru , They told me to go to one of the space numbers and I waited 30 minutes and nothing , had to get off . All the other cars after me got their food first .
