Mountain Mike's Pizza

Will never be coming back to this specific mountain mikes. While the food was alright, it was the service that was horrible. The female cashier wearing glasses, who looks to be middle eastern had a bad attitude and was straight up rude. There was a mixup with our order and when we asked for help, she immediately got defensive and said it was our fault for how we ordered. We later tried to fix the issue again and she was making the situation more difficult. The staff here really needs to work on their customer service and manners.

Horrible service at countryside drive in Turlock..We went in and ordered and the pizza came about 20 minutes later then about 10 minutes later a customer came in looking for someone to help him he was even yelling excuse me with no answer,,,.A few minutes later I went to get a box and no one came so I decided to call there phone and it rang about 50 times with no answer and finally 30 minutes later someone walks up from the back and finally gave me a box ..Also every thing was a mess tables not cleaned salad bar looked old and Horrible and TVs on but blank with nothing on ..

It's hard to go wrong with pizza, tasted fresh, and was warm. The only problem we had was the service, which was not very helpful. The salad bar was messy and under stocked. Location is new and comfortable, somewhat clean. I appreciate that they respond to concerns.

Starting off the front cashier a middle eastern male and female were working and they don’t have the the proper professionalism to work on customer service. We came in for our lunch and decided to get the buffet which we totally regretted. Doors opened at 11 and we didn’t see a pizza until 11:20 and keep on mind it was only one pizza for 8 people waiting for buffet pizza and we didn’t see another pizza for another 20 minutes which more people had arrived and were waiting for pizza as well if you want to come pay for a pizza buffet and wait for everything and only get a slice maybe two every 20 or 30 minutes this is the place to come hand out bc they definitely suck at what their doing. We left the place and we were still hungry and disappointed I will decently not recommend this place at all and go spend your money somewhere else where they actually give you what’s your money is worth. The place is we also not cleaned and they had just opened

This place is slow to bring out pizza, they bring out dessert first, if you get the lunch special you’ll end up waiting 30 mins for 2 whole pizzas and end up getting 2 slices with everyone else waiting

I had ordered Delivery through the app about 15min later I got a call from them saying they cant deliver and we needed to pick up. I asked of I can get my delivery fee and tip refunded and he said yes. My husband went in and asked for the refund as well when he picked up the food and they said they were going to refund it. I still have not gotten my refund. I will Not ever go back to this location

Update: Several days later you said I would be contacted and never was. I still have not gotten my refund

It's pretty obvious that this falls back on management and it's poorly managed when they only have one girl working the register taking phone orders and going back to make the pizzas. I feel bad for her and this is not her fault as she tried to be as professional as possible however we come on our lunch break and some of us only get 30 minutes when we are at work and thought we could enjoy a nice all you can eat pizza buffet that we pay $15 for per person but we get there a little bit after 11:00 and there's no pizzas in the buffet and the girl said it would take about 10 minutes but only one was put in the oven you would think there would be multiple. There's about three or four different guests waiting for pizza. Then asked if more were coming out and she said there's more coming in the oven another 5 minutes this is after we've been there for almost 25 minutes basically only got to enjoy two slices of pizza and a salad or the lettuce seemed really old and wilted. Also there was no silverware available for the forks. Not very prepared for a lunch buffet which I've never had this issue at other Mountain Mike's just this one and we couldn't wait for the pizza because obviously we had to get back to work so we feel we got short changed on the buffet. Spent 30 bucks for two people and definitely didn't get our money's worth. Was going to ask for a partial refund but I didn't want to bother the girl because she seemed stressed out with everything that was going on but still maintaining a professional attitude and probably would have had to have been another wait just for that. Places like this due to bad experiences I don't even bother calling or dealing with the managers because usually there arrogant and get defensive and don't want to compensate you for anything they just basically want to grab your money. Also based on other reviews it pretty much tells the whole story that management only cares about getting your money and wants to provide bare minimal service or none in return. I'm just going to leave the review and hope they get some kind of response and maybe a couple lunch buffet vouchers would be nice so we could try this again maybe at a different Mountain Mike's. Just plain ridiculous.

Came for lunch buffet. The lady was absolutely wonderful. Put fresh salad. Let us know a pizza was 4 min to coming out. For 30$ for 2 people the quality I got was totally worth it. Will definitely be back if I get the opportunity.

Fun story. I accidentally ordered pizzas from this location. Way too far for us to go get them in a timely manner so I called to let them know I messed up and wouldn’t be picking them up, just give them away to someone. The girl on the phone had the audacity to be rude to me about it and hung up on me. V confused. I wasn’t rude or asking for my money back as it was my mistake so the attitude was unwarranted and trashy. Seems to be the general theme with this store so I doubt anyone will care about another bad review.

i usually don’t take the time to write a review but i went in for a pickup order and i was watching this person play every position in that pizza place ?like every position. there name is roxx and they legit made my entire day , they were SO sweet and very helpful and made sure i got what i needed i will for sure be back :)

Been here a few times now, and every time I order carry out. Every time I show up, 5 to 10 minutes later than they tell me to, I have to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes more for my pizza. This last time the pizza barely had any pepperoni on it and very little olives, both of which i asked for. I've heard people working in the back constantly using the "N" word in their vocabulary, while none of them are black. Very unprofessional and disappointing experiences every time I've been there.

I was there last night with my family, and I can not believe how the business owner totally ignored the fact that a BIG cockroach was roaming the eating area, and once told of the cockroach he just said it was NOT A BIG DEAL. I had to kill the since his staff took forever to address the issue, very disappointed on how the whole matter was taken care of.

The people making and cutting pizzas have the worst attitude. One shouldn't feel like you have to fight someone just for pizza. Terrible service. Food is ok
