A small twist on Mexican food, very tasty, great bar area, great service and food
I ordered a small salad with carne azada and it was good. I loved the guacamole! Very flavorful and not spicy. The chips and salsa was very tasty, too! Would return.
This stupid driver almost ran me into another vehicle on the road! I had all my kids in the car also. Horrible driver! Find a new Driver please.
Restaurant Review
I recently visited Mundos with high hopes, but my experience was a mixed bag.
First, let’s address the ambiance. While the décor had some charm, the cleanliness of the floor was disappointing. It was visibly dirty, which immediately lowered my expectations. Cleanliness is a basic standard, and seeing that neglected was not a good start.
As for the food, it was decent but not remarkable. The flavors were enjoyable enough, but they lacked the depth or authenticity that makes Mexican cuisine truly memorable. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out either—especially considering the prices.
What really left a sour taste in my mouth was the hidden $12 gratuity added to the bill. It wasn’t disclosed upfront, and I only noticed it when reviewing the receipt later. While I understand gratuities for large groups (it was my wife and myself), this felt deceptive and left me feeling less inclined to return.
Overall, while the food was okay, the dirty floors and hidden charges overshadowed the experience. There’s potential here, but significant improvements are needed before I’d recommend it.
The plate was hot but the food was cold the food wasn’t even all that good. Been here before but this place is going backwards as far as food and customer service. Out of certain beer, no horchata half of things we asked for not in stock. Won’t be back.
Worst chicken tortilla soup I’ve ever had. I’d suggest going to el charro or somewhere with actual good soup.

My wife and I like Mundo's. It's right by my work, and they take our order and get our food quick at lunch. It's always delicious ?. The only thing I have bad to say about the restaurant is that they play loud obnoxious Latin music. Not a prude, but go there, and you'll see. Turn that music down, please ?.

First of all the service is horrible, had to ask for things several times. I ordered a margarita first of all I asked for salt which the bartender didn’t even put so I had to ask for it to be remade then she put a little salt on the side of my glass it was so watered down you couldn’t even taste any of the flavor of the drink , it was the worst margarita I’ve ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever been to and for 12$ you’d expect to get what you pay for. The steak fajita was very burnt couldn’t even eat half the steak or vegetables so a lot of it went to waste. Overall I would never eat at this restaurant again and the atmosphere was horrible. Loud and rude costumers. I have nothing nice to say about this experience except I’m never going back

Absolutely love this place!! Service has always been excellent, drinks are delicious, and every dish I've tried is nothing less than absolutely delicious. Any time I have out of town visitors come over I bring them here. Their molcajetes are the best!

This was a Saturday night and my first time patronizing this business. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. There weren't many customers as you can see. Food was a decent price. Seemed freshly made. We ordered carne asada taquitos as an appetizer. They were ok although the meat was fairly tough and could've used a touch of seasoning or marinade of some sort. Also had the nachos, which were happy hour size. And not even 10$ can't be mad at that. I like the fact they have quite a lengthy happy hour. For the people in the tall chairs ? that is. Nachos weren't bad definitely filling. Pico needs a Lil work as well . Also ordered carne asada fajitas. This meat was definitely better than the chicken on the nachos and the dry taquitos. Also looked beautiful. Came with, rice and beans and sad looking pico, sour cream and guacamole. Side plate looked a Lil lack luster but the flavor was good from the rice. Beans could use improvement but they aren't bad. Drinks we had a margarita flight, LA barbie, and an old fashioned smoked. The flight was pretty good but also 22$ the barbie was great with watermelon cotton candy on top. If it is about the buzz though this isn't the one basically green champagne although I'm sure there's more to it. The old fashioned was super sweet. Very disappointed by the that. The novelty of the smoke was cool. The the results definitely not a favorite. Sweet liquor whilst standing over your smoker inhaling deeply.. that's what is was like and you don't want it. Truthfully the combo made us nauseous and all we did was taste it. Nothing however is perfect. This is a decent place with decent staff and food. I'll be back I might just drink ahead of time though ?

Had a wonderful time at happy hour with my bestie. The Palomas were on point! Asada bar nachos were a surprisingly big portion. You HAVE to try the bacon wrapped prawns in roasted red pepper sauce, OMG! I dipped so many chips in it, it needs to be on the menus alone too!
