This location is one of the best. I do frequent this spot the most because of the atmosphere and service. The only criticism I would like to point out is the customer parking situation. Most of your employees take up quite a bit of the close parking stalls. Those SHOULD be available to the customers. A designated parking area for employees only should be assigned. Please take note of that.
I would've given 5 stars except the prices have gotten so high that we've resorted to sharing meals. I never dreamed I'd have to resort to this just to get my favorite food at my favorite restaurant.
Most Olive Gardens I have been to have had excellent service. The server we started with sucked. I wish I had grabbed her name. My husband and I came for my birthday. We told her it was my birthday and she took our orders which that was the last time she served us. I overheard her talking to another guy that she was out and asked if he could take over. I thought maybe she was going to finish us out. She should have come to us and let us know she was leaving and passing us on....
