This is my morning spot it has the nicest people working always helpful polite welcoming .There are some employees there that know my phone number and my name even know my order except every once in a while I'll switch it up and order something different I highly recommend this place I have been to other Panera's and get a much colder reception and the service isn't as good but food is always Adequate
They didn't have the item on their order kiosk that my wife ordered, which many other panera's have figured out how to put sold out, so this isn't an issue. They weren't very kind to us about it and didn't tell us until we went up to get our order. Then they were trying to just get us to order something else so they didn't have to refund us, and they did this in a really gross way.

Usually I am very happy coming to Panera. Today, I ordered a Mango Smoothy. Twice I took a drink and plastic came up through the straw. I brought it up to the food counter, and the guy immediately fixed me a new one, without plastic!!!
Beyond that, the size of the cup is 4 1/4" compared to their small, which is 5 1/2" tall. That's quite a blunder on the part of Panera to charge $6.89 for a very small portion of Mango Smoothy. I didn't like that.
Plus, it's dang freezing in here!!!!

Very frustrated with my past visit. I always get the value meal and ask to switch the bread for an apple cause I won’t eat the bread and they always do it for me. This past time they told me no and that it was company policy not to switch, I asked if that was new and they said no, they’re just enforcing it more. If it’s always been company policy, then everyone should follow that and not make exceptions because then it leads to customer confusion and dissatisfaction.
