Horrible customer service. They didn’t make the pizza correctly. I live out of town so bringing it back was not an option. So they offered a 4
Dollar store credit For their mistake and were very rude. Do not recommend this location.

It doesn't matter how early I order my food, I still wait 30 extra minutes no matter the day. What's the point in ordering online to have it ready if I'm supposed to sit there and wait some more. They will take the people ordering in store before my online order. When u guys can actually have my order ready when it's supposed to be than u will get more stats, until than YOU GUYS ARE NOT GOOD.

I ordered it online. It was very easy. The pick up was easy. There was no hassle. The establishment was very clean and the employees were welcoming and friendly, and answered any questions that I had.

I ordered two pizzas over the phone from the man. When I got to the store it was closed and locked. I asked him why would they take my order over the phone if they were closed? When I asked for the customer service number, the lady said there wasn't one.
I would like to formally logic complaint against this franchise and specifically this location.
If they weren't able to serve me the pizza, why in the world would they let me order it...
The worst service that I have ever had!!
The man that took my order of the phone should be fired and the woman that was extremely rude should be let go immediately!!!
