So I'm rewriting my review once again because it magically disappeared... huh... weird...This was my first time coming here Because I'm not from this part and I was looking for a Pho place to eat at and I found this place because of all the 5 STAR REVIEWS.I got the most popular bahn mi sandwich which was the pork belly one and Right from the start of inspecting the sandwich you could already see a lot of oily drenching the sandwich and there was a lot of oil on the paper wrap. I am highly sensitive to oily/greasy foods which will cause my stomach to grumble and ache. Just within 30 minutes of eating my sandwich my stomach was already starting to get upset. The pork belly was almost inedible because it was so hard and burnt that it was mostly 65% inedible to eat. The flavor profile was horrible, it had that oily burnt pork taste to it. The only thing that made me able to finish mostly all of the sandwich was the sauce inside the sandwich. I had to dump all of their special sauce to make it somewhat edible and the sauce ain't nothing special. The portion size for about $19 for it is nowhere near worth that price. The sandwich is less than that of a footlong from subway, maybe about 8 inches. You're better off going to chipotle with a much more better price and taste also quantity. The inside looks very poorly maintained and looks very old and sorta dirty. Service is what you'd expect from decent humans working anywhere.I'd rate the sandwich a 2/10 and it's their most popular one lol.I'll never come here again especially when I got home my stomach was hurting for about 8 hrs from all of the oil I consumed from the sandwich. The 5 star reviews are people who have burnt their taste buds and don't know what true good food tastes like. Don't let the good reviews convince you to go to any restaurants. Make sure to do your research on the food establishment first. I always take leap of faiths on restaurants and it usually turns out bad but at least I got it outta my way.

Personally the pho had no sort of flavor. I expected the broth to have some sort of scallions or garlic pieces floating seeing that it’s part of making the broth. The veggies were bad if not already. The basil was brown. The Brussels sprouts were ok but I really had to take a close look at the veggies. The brisket was over cooked and dry. The shrimp was definitely over cooked. When I poured it into a bowl there was more meat and noodles than there was broth. I honestly was better off making a cup of beef noodles at home.

Noticing some negative reviews so I thought I’d share my review. I come here often and honestly I’m never disappointed. I love their pho, the broth is simply amazing and has lots of flavor. My favorite thing is the crispy pork belly. I like it in the cold noodle salad, the pho, and the banh mi. Banh mi sandwiches are sooo good. They put sriracha mayo on it and ugh the bottom of my sandwich is always dripping and it’s so good. Probably my favorite item there. The owner is extremely kind and hospitable. Service is honestly really good. I feel like if you had any issues you could probably tell them and they’d fix it for you. I’ve personally never had issues. Everything’s always delicious. I’m moving soon I’ll miss my frequent trips here but I’ll most likely still make the drive lol. 10/10

Had pho with wontons, rare steak, and brisket. The wontons were awful. Not cooked properly, mushy, texture was terrible. Steak was cut way too thick when compared to other pho places. It tasted good, but the thickness was daunting. The brisket was nice. T u e broth was very good! Need to work on those wontons.
