Barely opened up not that long ago and prices are just getting higher. Why is a medium pizza, 8 slices, and a side of breadsticks $30? We used to regularly go to Hughson before Turlock location opened back up and they were cheaper. We’ll be going back to their location.

Tried Pizza Factory for the first time had the lunch buffett pizza was fresh and delicious. They have a good salad bar. Staff was nice and friendly.Parking: Location is easy to find has plenty of parking spaces.

I was looking forward to trying this place. I am beyond disappointed with the food and service. I paid extra to have chicken on my pizza and there was close to none. The sun dried tomatoes are burnt to a crisp and made the rest of the pizza bitter (unable to add photo with review). I've tried to call many times and they answer and hang up. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

Seems like a nice little family owned restaurant. There's the dad, the mom, the kids and maybe a friend of the family. Question: what kind of family owned restaurant doesn't say "thank you have a nice day" as the customer leaves? A privileged one. Also, the father or business owner seems kind of mean so avoid him at all costs. Otherwise 5 stars for their food burning the roof and tongue of my mouth and also for not charging for ranch.

We've been here a couple times usually adequate . Tonight was unacceptable..... got there at 5:58 pm according to our receipt. They had a half full dining room and a party in the back . Cashier said 20 mins .... We ordered pizza , salad , and beer : salad was good and fresh . After 30 mins waiting for our pizza we inquired ... " oh it's only a few more mins " so we waited and waited and waited while pizza after pizza after pizza went to the party room ..... at an hour my husband was done .... we asked for a refund and went to CJ's..... they were not short staffed we saw sat least 7 people working behind the counter .... the manager failed ..... they should've had the party pizzas at least partially pre made . Won't go back and won't recommend.

Very nice lunch buffet pizza salad bar $10 and change with a drink
Came in with my co-workers today especially for their lunch buffet that was highly recommended. It was a great deal and it came with unlimited pizza, salad and soda! We got there right when they opened at 11. Various pizzas were already being brought out. Our lunch is short so it was definitely a plus to not have to wait. The pepperoni pizza was fire and the salad bar had a fantastic array of choices. Met the owner Traci while we were there who is so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back.

Ate-in & watched a pizza sit in the "buffet" for 30 minutes without a change or a care in the world for it. Coincidentally, my order had been mistaken so a new one had to be made. The old pizza, at the manager's discretion, was not offered to me as compensation for my time or choice to spend money at their establishment, nor was it used in the "buffet". Instead it had been taken out to his personal vehicle via the side-door of the building. Beforehand I had experienced some friction with the manager when I inquired about the self-serve beer policy; perhaps this influenced his behavior. I remained gentlemanly & complimented the hostess for her kind heart, but that's the only worthwhile thing I'd ever return for.

So many times people only write a review if something bad happens. This the opposite, the owner happened to see that I wasn’t happy with my drink from across the room. I was simply going to pour it out and get something else. He came over and fixed the issue right away and made sure I was happy with the results. Not only is there that but the price of the lunch buffet is better than most places and the quality of the salad bar and the pizza that was served was very good as well. Place was clean and the staff, even before the boss walked in, were pleasant and very helpful. Would eat here at anytime in a heart beat.

It was good food but the men's urinal is too close to the sink, and the guy washing his hands brushed up on me when I was using the restroom. The stalls were busy
