Service was as expected, but I paid for extra mini pepperoni and if this is what they call extra this is sad. I don't have the time or energy to argue with people over food. I'm pretty positive they didn't give me extra because I only had to pay for the Pepperoni as I had a coupon through my phone service. I don't think it matters how I pay for it, you should give the customers what they pay for.

The pizza I got was very well cooked and the marinara sauce was delicious. Customer service wise, I'd say they could work on it a bit more by acknowledging customers as they enter the store. Rough location but the people in there are quite friendly.

I ordered an extra pepperoni and got a cheese instead. It’s about a 30 min round trip and to town and where I live, so I didn’t think the food tasted bad enough to make another 30 minute trip. The food tasted good, everything else was right, and I didn’t want to waste the food. But I do believe that it’s crucial to pay more attention to the orders, and I think some more oversight, and not just one person in the kitchen, would help.

I paid 30 plus for a large peperoni and when i asked for pepper packs and cheese packs that are free any other pizza places... also the lady at tge counter has a very shitty attitude... last time i ever pay pizza hut a penny.... 1.25 easch pack let that sink in....
Foods so cold no matter how much you tip for delivery. Also the garlic sauce and ranch is so watery

I orderd from pizza hun on lander in Turlock. Each time i order from them i spend $200 plus and they got my order wrong the last 3 times. The first two times they gave me compleatly different wings then the ones i orderd so i stopped ordering from them for a while because i recieved attitude. I just decided to order again they for got my sodas. I call to tell them and the girl says i have to wait an hour. I told her to give me refund and she says ill be put on credit. of course im mad about the not 1 not 2 but 3rd situation and she has the audacity to have attitude, refuses to give me her name and refuses to let me talk to a manager. I told her i will go in to the store and get the information i need and she is beging rude telling me to come on down i aint geting anything. I don't recommend going here they're rude and unprofessional and have no basic customer service skills. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

I called for the $12 for a Large pizza and this location doesn't offer this promo, so I had to pay an extra $2 for the larger and then she tells me "sorry for the inconvenience, but it's actually $16.49 for the pizza and if you want different crust it's an extra fee too", so I just cancel the order. I just hate when restaurants change promotion as they please. That's probably why so many PUZZA HUTS locations are gone now. Prices are outrageous!!!
