We used to get pizza from here years ago and we stopped because we didn’t like it anymore. So today I ate some from a party I was at and I was surprised because it was good, we ordered more because we ran out. I ordered it online and the website told me it would be delivered at 12 am and I wanted it asap, sounds called and the lady who answered was SUPER RUDE. If your going to act rude to a costumer don’t work at a place where your talking to people!!! She didn’t help we at all and I was being super nice to her, if it where for the pizza I would give 4-5 stars but that lady made me super annoyed I wanted to talk back to her and I’m not the type of person to talk back. So because if that lady I give it 2 stars and I was going to give it one star but felt nice.

It's unbelievably the lack of attention to detail in regard to ordering on the phone. After failing to put in my address for the 5th time, the worker gave up on my 7 letter address in order to say that I have to order at the Lander address even though I've always ordered from the Geer Address and I live 3 minutes away from them. Will never be ordering from this place again because I called the Lander Pizza Hut and they said that he Geer address is clearly the Pizza Hut closet to me. Horrible phone customer service. Absolutely horrible. Learn the phonetic alphabet!

This is based off my experience before COVID-19 It used to be so good. That changed. Came in with a friend and we and one other small group were the only people at lunch time on a weekend. Should have been a hint. We asked for regular crust and got a strange garlic/seasoned crust. But the pizza itself was the most greasy pizza I've ever seen. My friend and I were looking at each other, just surprised at how greasy it was. I am not exaggerating, it was just dripping. I love pizza so much I could have overlooked the grease if the pizza would've been tasty, but it wasn't. Employees are pretty friendly, but the pizza isn't.

I'm going to tell you about two separate experiences on two different days ,and How a employee can kill your business or excelled a business. March 17, 2020 at 11 Am, I placed an online order Pizza Hut at the Geer rd. Location and picked up in the store. It was absolute perfection!!!! it was correct. the Pizza Hut employee that was checking me out, asked me if I wanted napkins or Parmesan and also opened each box and showed me my pizzas before I left. March 21, 2020 at 12 noon I decide to place another online to the same location. That didn't work out so well everything that I Asked For on my order was done the opposite. So I had three boxes of pizzas, and all of them were extra dry ! I ordered extra sauce ! Uhhh that didn't happen !,, I asked for garlic butter on each pizza crust!! THAT DIDNOT HAPPEN!!! And the lady checking me out put the pizzas on the counter , then say thank you and have a nice day and walked away from the counter. She didn't ask me if I wanted any napkins Parmesan didn't open the box and didn't do anything so I assume she was having a bad day and I left. Arrived home to open my boxes and $55 worth of pizza garbage !,,, I took it to the kids party all the kids even said , ohhh this is nasty . this is disgusting, never ever again will I go back to this location. And whoever was working (making pizzas)March21st 2020 at 12 noon they suck at making a basic pizza. Everyone working on March 21, 2020 at12 noon at the gear Road location you ruined my nine-year-old birthday ..... you suck.... and you lost our family as customers. Who can't make a pizza taste good?.. Uhhhh, Geer Rd Pizza Hut.....

This spot is nice and spacious, the meals was yummy and the rates were very reasonable. quickly, effective service and very attentive staff members. Highly recommended.
The service was amazingly fast from the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles the the pizza wings and fries all were hot and fresh Karla was fast friendly and her customer service was outstanding i will definitely be dinning here again thy have screen TV and arcade for the little ones. Family friendly atmosphere

I had order two large pizza’s and a stuffed cheez it pizza and they said my order was going to take 15 min and I waited there over 30 min. It was also dead so I ask for my order and it was done but they never called out the order so I’m pretty sure it was done a while ago

Good and bad story. First I tried to order online, took my time picking the crust, meats, sauce and veges then all hell came. The pay portion of the app is not really part of Pizza Hut I discovered. After 25-35 minutes of trying to get my credit card registered I gave up, this was bad!!! I called, ordered and received my pizza in 25 minutes, hot and delicious. And the guy was able to charge my card via phone just fine, maybe just my luck so after dinner I tried again to register my card and it went through fine. In the past I was not a patron of Pizza Hut but I am now.

Ordered pizza for delivery tonight. Pizza was delivered in a timely matter. The delivery guy was very friendly! I believe he said his name was Ryan. Will definitely order again soon and hope we get the same service.
