Awesome customer service from a young lady by the name of Tanya. It was enough to get me to come back although I wasn’t completely satisfied with the food on this trip. The next trip the food was much better

This place is an absolute disgrace to the franchise of Popeyes. I’ve been here twice now. The first time I waited for over ten minutes to order my food in an empty drive through , only to have them tell me that it would be an additional 15 minute wait if I wanted to order Chicken.
The second time I went (tonight), I ordered the family feast meal which comes with four sides. I ordered two servings of fries, coleslaw and an order of mac & cheese. When I got home and opened my bag, there were only two sides in the bag, one of them being mashed potatoes, which I didn’t order.
Step up and find some adults to manage your franchise for you, instead of allowing a bunch of teenagers and twenty somethings to run your business into the ground. I’ll drive to anyone of the surrounding Popeyes franchises (Modesto, Livingston, Merced), before I will ever even entertain the thought of patronizing this location again.

Very nice and friendly cooks good working staff is always appreciated for us customers.

Everytime I come there's an issue with wait time or something out also I've had to wait almost an hour for my order they kept giving the food for my order to others that came into eat management needs to step up or step out and let new management come in that knows what's going on
