Love their crispy chicken sandwiches. I've only had their original, not their spicy one yet

So a few days ago I went in and let me tell you all I'm extremely disappointed with Popeyes, the customer service I received from Madison was by far the worst I have ever received. she failed to provide the most basic level of customer service and was extremely rude and giving me an attitude, after I waited for almost 15 min for my order and my fries were cold. I will never return to this location

Parked for over 20 mins then told I would have to wait even longer because the ran out of classic, then bring my a single bag so full it was almost impossible to check in the cab of a truck, got home and a missing multiple items multiple ideas were wrong. Glad I got about 60 dollars of my 90 dollar order

9-10 they forget items out of order after confirming with the employee that everything was in the bag. It wasn’t till I got home and realized I was missing a few items . I than had to drive all the way back for the remaining items and for the little bigger guy to sell me and extra ranch after I had to drive all the way back. I now drive to Ceres for Popeyes and convince others to do the same. Not to mention the 30min waiting period each time

This location ran real good when they first opened up few years ago. Now the service quality is really hit & miss. The chicken is usually tasty and hot, but it seems like over 50% of the chicken pieces are mostly skin and breading with just barely a decent amount of meat, especially the wings and thighs. Although, the legs and breasts are usually nice and meaty (as you would expect). However... there seems to be a trend towards lower service standards. For awhile now, I've noticed that the street sign is turned off during business hours, probably to make potential customers think that the store is closed, so the employees can easily clean up and leave the store right at closing time. I know about this trick because I pulled this same trick when I worked in the restaurant business in the mid-1970's. Also, more than once, I have seen a sign on the locked lobby door in the evening and late afternoon hours saying that the lobby / counter area is temporarily closed due to maintenance issues. Then the sign instructs to use the drive-thru instead. When we got to the drive-thru and tried to order a chicken sandwich, nope... sold out. Then we tried to order some wings, nope... sold out. At this point, I got so annoyed that I gave up and drove off to KFC down the street. Question: Were they really sold out (at 8:45 p.m.), or maybe they just didn't want to cook anymore tonight for easier and quicker cleanup at closing time? Hopefully upper management will notice this trend or see this review and whip this store back into shape. This store was usually busy most of the time, but now... I don't see much activity at this location anymore. I think the customers are just tired of the inconsistencies in service and unpredictability. Sincerely, a concerned, but loyal Popeyes customer.

They have more staff now helping get orders out quickly. Very friendly and fast drive thru. Food was really good too, cheers!

I came to order two meals and they had me waiting over half an hour. I went through drive-through as they had me parked they were parking every car. I counted six cars parked waiting for their food. They always have way like that in the drive-through they need to change that

The CSR Zach was super helpful and friendly. I appreciated his easygoing and helpful demeanor. The food however was just ok. The fries were cold, biscuit hard as a rock, chicken was piping hot, but just felt overly processed and greasy. Overall, I would not return to this Popeyes, even though they offer good customer service.
