Red Robin....Yummmmmm!

So of all things, my husband and I came here for our 9th wedding anniversary. Why? Because they offered a nine dollar and 99 cent Burger special. So that was part of our order, we also got some of their mozzarella twists that were delicious by the way. But what made this visit really special was the good atmosphere. It was a little louder, as it's more of a family restaurant. But, let me tell you, Carla was probably the best server we've ever had across all restaurants across all states across all countries any location ever.. she helped us get ordered, she was on top of refills, she made sure that I had fresh coffee, she refilled my husband's drink, was very friendly very efficient and is the best hostess we've ever had. Not only that, the manager, austin, came by to see how we were doing. He was very friendly and we expressed what a good time we had. Now while this might not be a typical anniversary dinner type place, it certainly a place we would come back to because the food was great the service was great and who doesn't love a good deal on dinner? Thank you for the good time and we will be back. Yummmm

Red Robins is my FAVORITE BURGER SPOT !! In my life ! Up there like a Bison Burger ,no lie the quality of meat was fantastic and juicy pefecty cooked ,blew me away !!! Service was so very friendly always and appreciated!

Went in Wednesday night waitress started good took her break which is fine but never were given bring food never checked on us at all. Drinks stayed empty had to ask manager for napkins charged us for beer we didn’t get seem to be an issue when we brought it up.
Tables were gross so dirty around edges and all look at them black gross. Bathrooms were dirty glad it’s not one I normally eat at!!

austin, the kitchen manager, was amazing! so sweet to my boyfriend and I. also, carla and jocelyn were amazing servers! so attentive and super sweet. we love coming here and tonight was exceptional. huge shoutout to austin for treating us so well and making sure his servers were taken care of as well. 10/10 customer service and the food was great, as always!

Everything was wrong and over cooked , they couldn't even give us the right food orders and we we to celebrate a birthday. That was very disappointing 😞

Delicious food and drinks paired with good service. A little dead so I had to wait a bit to get refills, but the staff was all very friendly.

Had an absolute terrible experience. Went on a Friday evening about 5:00. Server was kind and took our order quickly. However the cooks and manager zero accountability. Ordered food, took 30 minutes to get a cold crispy chicken sandwich, got told the veggie burger we ordered was a beef burger, then came back and us that it was actually the veggie, but they put bacon on it by accident. Still waiting for our last burger. Manager comes out to apologize, did not seem like he cared. By this time our chicken sandwich was cold, fries cold, still have to wait on the burger and now they had to remake the veggie. We told them to forget it and pack up the burger and we’re not paying for the chicken sandwich. Manger left to take off the sandwich from our bill, waited 10 minutes, never came back. So we left cash for the burger and drinks and left. I highly recommend you don’t come here on a Friday-Saturday. Workers running around and it wasn’t even that busy as it gets on a late Friday night.

Had the fish and chips. A little too much bragging on the fish, but tasty. Had broccoli instead of fries.

The food was good and the service was friendly and fast. My only complaint was getting the server's (or anyones) attention if you wanted something was way more difficult than it should have been.

Service was very bad. When she was nearby, it was impossible to get her attention, she had no intention of looking around for people needing assistance. We got fantastic service from another server that was working a different area, she was quick and had the correct stuff.
Burgers were pretty good. All four of us had issues with the fries. Whether French fries or sweet potato fries, the orders and reorders did not have a single hot fry, the were either cold and soggy, or barely warm. Food under a heat lamp stays hot, doesn't it?
The $9.99 burger, side, and drink special seemed too good to be true, especially for this place, but it's true. The double burger wasn't skimpy either, it was pretty good.
I was hoping this might be the place to go get dinner at once a week, it started off good and seemed promising, but by the end, not being served delicious food and having to wait so much for service keeps this place at a once in a while, when nothing else sounds that good, kind of place.

I ordered a fish plate from DoorDash my mistake shut up Cole only had one packet of ketchup. The price is $45.65. I tried to contact DoorDash. They didn’t want to acknowledge nothing so give me a five dollar refund. I tried to contact the manager here he kind of told me to kick rocks.

Worst service ever. LIterally had to walk around to find our server for some utensils. He was busy doing who knows what.
