I ordered online. I got a message my pizza was ready for pick up. About 15 mins later I got there and the girl was very Rude.. said my order had just went In the oven that it would be about 10 more mins... I said I ordered almost 1 hour ago... and I got a message that my order was ready for pick up 20 mins ago. She Rudely says I don't know why you got that message because its NOT READY.. then another girl turns around and says sorry your order will be ready in 10 mins.. I said then why did I get this message 20 mins ago and I showed her she says I have no idea. I said I wanted to speak to a Manager... she Rudely says IM THE MANAGER. I finally got my 3 orders of Breadsticks and a pizza they were so thin and dry. I will NEVER RETURN if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Well, where to start? I am a truck driver by trade. Alright, Google Map the restaurants and see what was available since being a truck driver. We can't park anywhere because we get big price tickets. I am picking up a 1/2 a mile away from Rico's pizzeria. So I ordered the hamburger, what extra avocado? And bacon, by the time I finished my ordering, it was 8:02 PM. So she asked me where i am seating, and I pointed she said, okay, she gave me a red little plastic card. To put on my table. So I sat down and watching the Dodger game that the Dodgers are winning 1-0, so I looked at my phone to see what time it was. It was 8:10 pm Some other guests arrived and ordered and sat down right next to me. Waiting for their order. Their order got to their table before mine. I waited an hour to get a burger. And half order of onion rings, I had to go ask for my cup too drink, my soda. And then I looked at my clock again. 40 minutes later, here comes my burger and onion rings, cold. I had to go ask for my cup for my soft drink. I only seen one waiter. A male, the rest were women. The only thing I liked out of there was they have big screen TVS, and I was watching my favorite team play. The Major League Baseball team, the Dodgers so do I recommend to come and eat there? It is each to own but for me, the service was bad. That young girl asked me if I want it to buy Mayo for my hamburger. I had to go ask for my ketchup, the service was terrible. And I am not try to say it, it sucks.

I ordered takeout from Rico’s on Sunday 6/8 and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I placed my order online for pickup at 6:26pm, but when I arrived, the order was given to someone else—and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my order to be redone. We’ve been regular customers of Rico’s Pizza for a while now, but unfortunately, the takeout service has become consistently disappointing.

I ordered traditional buffalo wings and fries to go and I receive boneless wings. When I called to replace the wings the lady said it was my fault and I was stuck with the order I was given.

The pizza was delicious! Crust had good integrity throughout, even on the bottom. We also had some wings and they were sauced great and still kept their crunch after a while. If I ever want pizza in Turlock, this would be the spot 😁

i used to eat at rico's at thier old location when i was a kid, havent eaten there since moving out of state, lampost was overpriced trash, im glad rico's got this location

Rico's pizza is amazing my first time ever going and will not be my last for sure... we had a soccer game party there last night.. the staff is amazing the bathrooms were cleaning and stocked and smelled clean... goood job thank u staff for all ur hard work they were courteous helpful I just love this place and there food is amazing also the price for wat u get is amazing great place come and bring ur kids they have 5 t.v screens on games different parts of the restaurant they have games for the kids it's really family oriented
