Rico's pizza is amazing my first time ever going and will not be my last for sure... we had a soccer game party there last night.. the staff is amazing the bathrooms were cleaning and stocked and smelled clean... goood job thank u staff for all ur hard work they were courteous helpful I just love this place and there food is amazing also the price for wat u get is amazing great place come and bring ur kids they have 5 t.v screens on games different parts of the restaurant they have games for the kids it's really family oriented

Walking up to the doors,through a cloud of smoke with the smokers right next door from the poker place is disgusting af. You can’t smoke 50-100ft from the doors of a business, and theirs a bench literally right next to ricos, where all the pot/meth/heads light up. And they do light up anything and everything. Place was good but time to find a new place. New pizza factory opened up on fulkerth so time to go there.

Had lunch here and they had Gluten Free Pizza ?! It was tasty and delicious. The service was fast the staff was friendly. It’s a great place for kids they had plenty of room for big families.

My fiancé and I love this place. Their pizza is always good and even good the next day. They just don't have the best customer service and half way through us eating our meal they turned on music which I don't mind but it didn't need to be as loud as it was. There was maybe 5 total customers including us. I don't wanna have to yell to have a conversation while trying to enjoy my meal

This place is great , food is great staff is great, im only leaving this negative review due to the card fee they charge here, its ridiculous! They do not tell you about this they run your card and hope you dont catch it, $3.09 card fee is ridiculous! And then it ask you if you want to leave a tip lol bring cash people, $3.09 is not a big deal its the person at the register not saying anything before using the card, they are scaming you , other then that this place is awesome.

My sweetie grew up here and swears by this place. It probably would have tasted better if we didn't have to wait just shy of an hour for our food, 2 topped pizzas, and a large order of wings... we were starving and excited to get here just to watch 13+ employees l?k busy. We had a whole hour and fifteen minutes to watch them. She wants to go back. we'll go, but that sucked. It was not busy except for behind the counter. We are from 3 different states, and y'all just, hey, whatever.... I don't know.

I was pleased to see they have other food items besides pizza-related food. I had a torta with fries and my wife had a gluten free personal pizza. We really like Rico's Pizza ?
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free personal size pizza. You can only get a personal size pizza with the gluten free crust. It's ok crust, but not as good as regular. Best to eat fresh out of the oven in the restaurant.

Do not get the cheese pizza, add some toppings or sum to get rid of the soap feeling you will get in your mouth, 25$ bucks for one large pizza that taste like soap is wild, it gets cold super fast, the service is decent the waiter we had was sweet, the atmosphere not that great yet not that bad, looks like a basement with some decor.

Today my siblings and I decided to stop by to get lunch before heading to the theater to watch our movie, and being our first time there I must say the customer service was one of the worst we've ever experienced. They didn't greet or welcome you when you entered. The cashier taking our order by the name of Erika was rude not friendly at all. We proceded to place our order and she didn't even give us our cups to get our fountain drinks. They brought us a wrong order which then was corrected. But even the gentlemen bringing the order did not have a friendly or good attitude he just dropped the order at the table without saying anything at all. Honestly the pizza, fries and wings weren't bad but the customer service was the worst customer service we've experienced. It seemed as though all the employees were not friendly at all. Due to this bad experience we would not recommend and we will not be returning again due to bad customer service.-?
