For the past four months every time we have gone after 7pm. They are no longer serving ice cream. In the last two weeks we have gone 3 times and the ice cream is ‘not okay to serve’ at 3 in the afternoon. Lazy , incompetent workers who don’t want to do their job. So you drive to the one on the other side of town, where you’re met with incredible team members , who are frustrated AG THIS LOCATION ON W MAIN , because they’re making 2x the ice cream and develop problems with their machine.

Service was incredible, and food was great!!! Thank you to Thong and Cat for making our dinner awesome! We're vegetarian, and they were super helpful with finding items we could eat. They kept checking in to see that we had everything we needed too. Wow. Also we spilled a milkshake on their patio and they were very nice about it, replacing the milkshake for free.

I had gone on my lunch break to get a drink. the speaker had a note that said they dont take anything bigger than a $20 bill... Underneath it also said they accept apple pay. i ordered and waited just for her to say they dont take it. slow business too.

Came by about an hour before closing and had to press the button a few times and finally got a response and was told to go through the drive thru. Once in the drive through was told they only do slushies… plane was super run down too. Waste on time during our travel. Reading through the reviews this has been happening for a couple of years.

This sonic needs a major upgrade and the service is so bad. The drive through windows are so dirty and looks dirty inside.

Tried this for the 1st & last time. Received fries that were room temperature at best & returned them for fresh fries & the "fresh" fries tasted like they've been sitting in old grease for way too long & we're just heated up. They were extremely greasy. The burger tasted old and felt like it has been sitting out & was just heated up. All of it was thrown away after a couple bites as it made my stomach hurt for the rest of the day. I'm getting queasy just typing this thinking about the food ??. I basically paid $15 for a cherry limeade which was the only good thing I received.
