As team truck drivers we stop by every Sunday coming from Indianapolis,Indiana. For 1 year we steal get the sorry but our bathroom isn't working. The extra large cherry ? limeade with extra cherry had exactly 1 cherry. I've been a Sonic customer since growing up in East Texas in the 60s. I personally believe this will probably be our last visit. God bless and I truly hope the management understands my concerns with a company that's been there for so many years and effected so many families with great service ?

went there on the 22 nd this month with my two grandkids and my girlfriend and her granddaughter all under 8 years old, spent $50 between the 5 of us. the french fries were nasty, tasted like rancid oil and limp. when we were eating my grandson needed to use the restroom. there was a paper taped to the window that said bathrooms weee closed. I went and asked the female who served us in the patio if my grandson could please use the bathroom and she said no, they are closed. I asked if they were out of service as I know they have 2 bathrooms and she said no they are just closed. I explained he really needs to use it and she stated he can go and use the am/ pms bathrooms down the road! I contacted sonic corp and they advised me the district manager would contact me and apologized. Nope , no contact only a survey from sonic corp asking if I was satisfied with my issue. what a joke. no wonder why the place is dead and poor maintenance.. shame on them

11/5 9pm I just want to say the customer service is horrible. I was waiting in line for a while with no response, then I drove to the window still nothing. Then I parked to go up to the window and I see two kids messing around in there so I knocked on the window and they go and hide.(My boyfriend got it on video) I ended up being there for 40 minutes by then and a girl said over the speaker that I was scaring her and they wouldn't be taking our orders when there was more then just me and my boyfriend wanting to order from there. I ended up driving to the other location in turlock on monte vista and they helped me right away and were so sweet. After that I drove back to the drive thru on w main and she came right to the speaker and I was there to apologize if I scared her which I don't know how me knocking on the window saying I can see them in there avoiding customers and we just want to order with other possible costumers around me is scary and she immediately said we needed to leave before she called the cops. Which wasn't profesional at all. Some people just don't deserve jobs. (you can see his head pop out to see if we were still there)

While the customer service and ordering experience were okay (drive up and park available, large, private screen to view menu and order, friendly person coming to your car to take your order), unfortunately the food was inedible. The "natural" lemonade tasted overly sweet and identical to the chemical ones at a soda fountain (they differentiate it on the menu). It ended up in the trash. The burger was cold, burnt and stale. It ended up in the trash. The tater tots were under cooked/baked. It ended up in the trash. Even the dipping sauces tasted strange for my preferences. It ended up in the trash. Sadly will not come again as it was a waste of money and left us without food and still feeling hungry afterwards.

One star since you can technically get food here, BUT! The staff here are SO SO SO rude! Always. I have never gone here and met a happy server or someone who wasn't a teenager with attitude. I'm guessing they need to hire a mature shift supervisor because the kids here treat you like an unpopular classmate. Also, it takes over 45 minutes to get food if you choose to order through the car hop option. You will sit there and watch car after car drive up to the drive-through and leave. That said; the drive-through is also slow as snails. If this wasn't one of the only 2 places in this town to get tattertots I would never be seen here again.

Girl running the drive thru was sweet and earned you a star back but COULD YOU BE ANY SLOWER?! Pulled into a spot, pushed button and waited. Pushed button...and waited. Pushed buttonnnnnnnnnn.........then backed out. Got in Drive Thru. Took 12 minutes to do one car. I mean....yikes.

It's good u can't really taste the Red Bull...I don't think she add it in I went to the store and bought a red Bull and pour it in and it's not the same taste it's not sweat like I I bought it I don't Noe why It didn't taste like it didn't have Red Bull?? The drive thru was fast tho

Great food, good service but short staffed so there is usually a wait.The atmosphere is lacking. The building and signs all need to be replaced and repainted for years now. Sadly, you can tell the owner is not putting any money back into the facilities. Too bad too because that is why many people have told me it's the reason why they stay away.
