I ordered the French dip and got something other than roast beef. It was rubbery, dark and old. I took a bite and had to chew and chew, ended up spitting it out and throwing the sandwich away. The aj juice was very salty! I do not recommend ordering their French dip sandwich. They put cheese and some homemade mayo sauce on it to hide the so called roast beef. I ordered mine without the cheese and mayo which was why I was able to catch the awful meet being passed off as roast beef. Buyer beware!

This place has gone seriously downhill. Yesterday my boyfriend and his coworker had hair in their food and the store refused to remake the food or give a refund. Then today we gave them another chance and the flatbread looked like they are using half of the dough that they’re supposed to. When we showed them a picture of the menu and said they could keep the pizza and give us a refund, they called the manager and the manager refused saying that “all the pictures on the menu are enlarged”. You can get a frozen pizza at the store that’s just as good and actually filling compared to this place. Extremely overpriced.. our whole order was $40 for the clam chowder, Mac and cheese, and the pizza..

The portions they give you for the price you pay is laughable! This place is extremely overpriced! The service was meh...The employees seem more concerned about mobile orders than helping customers in the store and giving them their undivided attention so that they could ensure their orders were taken correctly! While I waiting for my food, I watched a woman go up to the counter 2 times to have them fix their mistake! The biggest disappointment is that I spent almost $60 for 3 sandwiches (RIDICULOUS amount for a sandwich shop) and it was crap! Nothing was good. Honestly, I only came here because, sadly, we were unaware that I Heart Mac & Cheese closed down, so we decided to give Sourdough & Co. a try since we were right there. But I won't be coming back or recommending this place.

Horrible. I think there is new ownership and the place is being run into the ground. I ordered a French dip and the meat was horrible and not warmed up. I have tried different things from here and am just overall disappointed. A couple people that work there are just downright rude.

Basic sandwiches, basic ingredients, high prices. Heres a hack: Drive to a grocery store and buy the ingredients yourself and you can get 10+ sandwiches for the price of 1 here.

Price very high for what we had, and the amount meat that was the my sandwich was poor ( very little)
Will not go back !

Came in yesterday and asked if they could make a salad into a wrap. The lady said no problem and it was doable. The first thing I noticed was how tiny the wrap was it literally looked like a taquito. The price was NOT worth the amount of food. The wrap was also closed with tape? I’ve worked food service before never have I used tape to wrap food up but upon ripping it open (the only way too) it wasn’t even rolled up correctly! Which explains the tape lol. Spilled the whole salad out of the tortilla cus she didn’t know how to wrap it correctly. They should just take the wraps off the menu. I’m going to add a wrap I’ve gotten at another restaurant vs the one I got here at sourdough & Co. The only reason I put a 1 star is because the salad was decent.

I generally rotate between this location and their location on Dale Rd. in Modesto. Same owner, and same great service! Have chatted with the owner a few times, very accommodating and friendly! Same goes for the staff. And of course, the food is very well prepared and is fresh! Highly recommend.

The “manager” onsite has been rude and combative since I complained about the constant addition of tomatoes on my sandwiches when I've indicated I'm allergic and have asked them not to add tomatoes. Isha and the other managers have NOT returned my call. They're not effectively managing their staff.Additionally, I was coming in 2-3 a week and after the “manager” individual on-site felt compelled to lose my business with her nasty attitude, I moved onto another place and will only use them when it's convenient for me but will not spend my money as I was.

Customer service was good the restaurant was very clean but the bread on my sandwich was so tuff I couldn’t even bite the sandwich once I bite into it I had to literally pull it away with my hands with all the fixings falling out !!! I was very disappointed after spending around 70$ I ordered 3 of the 8 inch 2 chips and drinks and 2 cookies

French Dip is not good at all everyone in the family had it and no one liked it. Meat is mushy and taste like microwave food. I will not go back.

The sandwich was delicious, but the prices were insane. 25 bucks for a sandwich drink and side is way too much.
