Great service. My coffee is usually great. Occasionally you get a lady that gives you a drink that's way below the top. She swears that light ice is the reason. Problem with that is I order extra cream 3/4,5 shots, extra sweet cream etc... My $12-14 coffees shouldn't ever NOT COME TO THE TOP. Not to mention every other Starbucks manages to get it to the top. Seems a manager needs to learn how to whip cream better or add something if they can't handle that. ???‍???

I always mobile order and they always have my drinks done by the time I get there. I would avoid going when the schools next door get out cause it’ll be packed! They always do a great job making my drinks.

Go to the other one. This one makes drinks wrong and often doesn’t even fill up the cup all the way.

I am hardly ever in this location; maybe four times in 4 years. But I have to say, every time I'm in this location, the service is fabulous and the atmosphere is inviting!

Apparently this cup of milk in a shaken espresso. It would be nice if they hired people with brains instead of liberal tik tokers that can’t make a coffee or form a real thought without their hand being help. Literally embarrassing.

Omg thank goodness for this place today. It was not crowded. Very attentive staff. Our order was fast, hot & correct.?I had a Cafe" Americano and my company had either a hot tea or the same hot coffee. The location is way off the exciting, energetic part of the city here in Turock but absolutely perfect for our journey on this day. Thank you. Enjoy your day.

This is my local Starbucks and the staff is always very friendly and I like the neighborhood atmosphere. They make my iced café lattes the way I like them, and in the rare instance they forget to make it iced, they fix it and let me keep the hot latte for later when it cools down.

New hire struggling to make drinks. I waited 15 minutes and ask for a refund as I needed to leave. Was told it was ready. IT WAS TERRIBLE! The fault did not lay with new barista but with poor manager. The manager informed me she had received her 2 weeks training and had to figure it out for herself. One person putting cups on display shelf, manager wiping down warmer. They were very aware of her struggle and poor customer service. Shame on them.
