I love this Starbucks and will definitely return! The barista by the name of Tina had amazing customer service and made sure my drink was made how I wanted it. horrible experience they made us wait for so long and they were prioritizing other people that ordered after us they made so many drinks until I told them that I was waiting for so long and then another girl had to do my drink because the guy that took our order didn’t want to do it for us horrible experience never going back there

Didnt realize it was a walk up & drive up only. Staff was efficient & friendly. Problem with coffee but was running late to complain. Ordered a vente blonde roast w/ cream & it was a Pike Market. No choice but to drink it as I didnt want to be late to work.

There is no place to sit here; this is strictly drive thru/Walk up establishment... Not a fan Starbucks...I drink a lot of coffee and do a lot of business at your establishments...

After messed up coffees and 20 minute wait in drive thru lines at a few Starbucks around town, I started coming here and I have never had my coffee messed up. I’ve never experienced a rude employee. I’ve actually had the manager when ordering a couple times and she was so helpful. Most times I have my dogs with me and I’ve actually even had the staff say, can we feed them their pup cups? Lol So nice !!! My pups know when I pull up there.

Aubrey was being rude and gave us attitude from the jump. She was not patient with us ordering, she gave us our drinks wrong and when we asked for sriracha sauce she proceeded to give us only 1. Mind you we ordered 4 double smokes. When we asked for more she completely ignored us and walked away.

Thus is newly opened Starbucks so be prepared to be patient.. We ordered through the walk-up window. The staff was rude , sassy and came off irritated and took forever making our drinks ... Starbucks is expensive and customer service has always been a priority.. I hope their manager fixes this issue...
