I needed to go to the bathroom and it was locked. They at first said someone was in the restroom. No one was in it and they said they couldn’t open it! I would have to wait 7 minutes for it to reset.

Just trying to figure out how someone can push the vanilla flavoring pump 6 times into an iced tea without realizing it’s not the classic syrup. Ruined my tea completely and still served it that way. Really???

The store blocked all power outlets. This is totally against the Starbucks community spirit. It’s the first coffee shop I went that can’t charge my PC. A new breed!

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to customer service isn’t that great!! Team members aren’t as friendly as all the others I’ve been to!! Line is always long and extra slow!!! I had a big long string of hair tapped onto my cup it cringed my stomach I was afraid to even drink my drink

The drive through workers seem to not want to understand the orders being asked for .. My drink had a lot of ice after I said a bit of ice… Just went to Starbucks in Livingston and they actually made my drink how I had asked for .. Left is Livingston and right is Turlock..
