THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came in to get a hot Americano with cream. After the guy took my order I stood around for 10 min waiting. No one was ordering in the lobby, one girl was making drinks for drive thru only and the other was cleaning and restocking. Neither girl acknowledged me. The guy at the register finally told the one with pink in her hair to make my drink. I grabbed it to find it was room temperature. I tasted to verify, yup not warm just room temp. I requested a remake which was not received kindly. The guy and this pink haired girl started to argue over which spicket had hotter water. Then she went back to restocking. I then asked the cashier guy " what's going on? Do these girls hate their job or just me?" He said "sorry" and that was all. I requested a refund and left. As a business owner I would be floored if my employees were treating customers like this.

The manager Daniel is an arrogant , rude human being! His level of unfriendliness is oveewhelming! The fact that this kid was made a manager is mind blowing. He seems lazy, entitled, and unwilling to listen to anyone who tells him his drink was made at a subpar level. He made my drink sloppily and incorrect so i nicely asked for it to be remade. He made it the exact same way and brought it back to me with the most horrific body language ive ever seen as if to say here that's what you get for daring to ask me to make a 4.25 cent drink the right way! When i told him this still isn't right im not trying to be rude but i get this drink daily and you haven't made it correct he stared at me and was so rude and said than you want a redund! I said i can tell by the look on your face your annoyed by me asking for it to be made right and he did not say no its okay, or no I'm not let me make it right he just glarred at me! I finally after not wanting to even be around his bad attitude anymore just said yes give me a refund! And told him how unfriendly he was to him still glaring at me. This is absolutely not how a manager acts or anyone in customer seevice for that matter! This man is a terrible example of what starbucks usually is. I cant imagine working with him, or putting up with his awful vibe on a daily basis. If you don't want to serve cuztomers get a different job don't take it out on a person spending a million dollars on a drink who just wants what they paid for not your awful version of it. I'm over Starbucks prioritizing drive thru over walk ins. 10 mins and still no cold brew. Even when I asked for a refund, response was no problem. Rung up the refund and said you're good to go. It took longer to ring up the refund than to get my cold brew. They all did feel pressured to make drinks for drive thru but more 10 cars went through and I still didn't have my cold brew after 10 minutes.

Why is it that Starbucks customer service is going down hill.Earlier today I was at the Starbucks on west main.I had the most disappointing service. Was not treated well. Very unhappy employees.

Went through the drive thru around 4:40pm- the lady taking our order rushed us by saying “what else” “what else” before we could even finish speaking .. none the less she had the order wrong .. when she went to remake it- there was coffee running down the outside of the cup while handing it to me .. I took it - but then drove around, went inside and then asked for a refund because it was suppose to be a hot drink and it was not hot at all. And was a sticky mess on the outside of the cup. They don’t give receipts - and didn’t even attempt to retrieve my receipt - so the refund they issued was less than what I paid for the drink.. obviously I’ll have to dispute it with my bank. Not sure how you can refund something without even checking to see what the price of the item was
