Just had the most delightful experience at the Starbucks on 3985 Fairmont Avenue in San Diego. While I often use the drive-thru, I went inside today for a special cup and was fortunate enough to be served by Ms. Jessica.
She possesses a rare gift for anticipating the needs of her customers, even those with the most discerning tastes. It is a talent that is not often seen in customer service.
This level of intuitive and personalized attention is truly exemplary, and I hope it is a skill she is empowered to share with her colleagues. When employees can connect with patrons on this level, they create truly memorable EXPERIENCES 👍🏼.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but you pay for coffee and you get a bad service makes you not want to come back. I order a venti ice matcha latte light ice they gave me a bit of matcha and a full cup off ice second time
The coffee was just ok. I prefer my coffee brewed instead of being made in a keureg style maker. The flavor looses something in the translation. The water is forced through the grounds rather than dripping slowly. Also needed more breve/half 'n half. There was no room for cream as the gal filled the coffee to the brim. The cream tempers the coffee making it easier to drink & cuts the bitterness.

2 of the employee females here need to get better on their customer service super sour! Who wants to give good tip to service like that? Not me! Lucky $1 was even given. One thing that feels a bit uncomfortable is when the staff point out ‘there’s a question for you’ right before the payment screen, knowing it’s the tip option. It can come across as a bit pushy, especially when it’s said every time. I believe tipping should be optional and never feel expected or pressured. I’d prefer if the option was just left there for customers to choose on their own, without the verbal prompt.

I have a box at the ups store 3220 w Monte Vista. I had a package that said was delivered when it wasn't. Employee at ups has said that thing have gone to this starbucks because thier address is 3220 countryside. When I called the store they dint recall having it. When I asked if ther was an Alyssa she advised she couldn't say is they did or not. I then told her that is the person that signed for it and was told to hold one moment. When she came came back she quickly said we don't have it and hung up. The way she was acting was very suspicious at the end of the conversation. I believe by the way she acted it was delivered to the starbucks. Hope you enjoyed the chewy box.
