I picked up a Doordash order here for delivery on my motorcycle. I secured the handle of the bag so it wouldn't tip over during transport. When I arrived at delivery address the bag was indeed leaning slightly, but the coffees had spilled and saturated their bag and mine. I checked the drinks and neither of them appeared to have a stopper on them, ruining my delivery and the customer's experience. I only recieved half pay for the order, also, so needless to say, I'm a bit upset. Please, baristsas, secure your drinks better for your Dashers. Especially when your Dasher is clearly using alternative transportation. Thank you!

my drink was not full to top i paid for a vinti and got cup half way full and i paid extra for cold foam and dont look like i got any ya never go here waste of money why does it look like

Today my boyfriend went to get Starbucks and he got 3 drinks, 2 of them are Ice triple espresso and it’s half way empty, and he pay the full price for it. I don’t know if they run out of it but I think it’s not right, they just give it the drink half way empty, one drink and it’s basically gone.

Ordered a drink in drive thru got to the window, I forgot my purse at home. They gave me the drink free. Very nice ! I took them the money later that night, and ordered 2 more drinks. Very nice people.

I really like Starbucks, but this drive thru is ALWAYS packed. Today was 12 cars, last week was 15...and they sometimes have trouble with mobile orders or correct drinks. That said staff is always very nice and accommodating.
