bianca does NOT know how to make drinks. every time she’s on cold bar it’s too milky or watery 😭 even when she remakes them. this happens everytime she makes our drinks.

Ordered a venti iced espresso. Which is supposed to have 4 shots. Was given the whitest/milkiest coffee drink only Mcdonalds could beat probably had 1 espresso shot in it. Tastes like it.

Waiting here for almost 30 minutes is not okay!!! I can’t believe I place a mobile order to make it faster seems like it’s so much worse! I place it at the 11:26 and I’m still here waiting at 11:50 after I asked them what was going on sorry I’ll make that!!!! Nope 👎🏽 won’t ever be coming here again, this is the last 3 times maybe they need different workers because obviously the ones there are not doing a good job!

Drove from Delhi to get Starbucks on Golden state and Canal.. place was closed! It says they close at 10pm and it's 9:30pm. The employees just walking around inside. Horrible to waste gas for no reason!
