This location is nice and the store has ample space but I believe they do not want people coming here to work ? all the plugs are covered except for the one (and only) on the work table. I wanted to work in a different location and was surprised to see this. The barista, manager and the coffee all were great!

The male working the drive-thru this afternoon complained that they had to make my mobile order as soon as I arrived. Mind you, there was no line, and no one was waiting for their drinks. I ordered a few minutes prior and acts as if I was rushing them. I was not. He complains they have to make my drink as if I ordered it at the speaker. How dare I have them make my drink while in the drive-thru! He then handed my drinks to me with an attitude. If management wants to retain customers, they need better staff at the point of contact.

Google maps took me to the wrong location using the directions from the app and website. So FYI It is located on the corner of N Golden State Blvd and W Canal St. I got there late they were so nice they remade my drinks. The inside is very nice and cool. The staff seems like a very happy working family. The drinks tasted good. I would recommend it.

Doors not open at 9:30am . It says dine in is open online but they are closed to walk in traffic for some reason today Wednesday 9/27 and only open to drive thru. Inconvenient.

Mobile ordered and drink was still in the works when I got there. Was made fine, but I only gave 2 stars because of what I witnessed. There was a guy who was working by the register near the baked goods and a girl was making my drink. When the guy went to the back, a lady who was with an older lady sitting in the corner by the window, ran up and went behind the counter, grabbing cake pops. At first, I thought she was an employee, but when she took one of the cake pops and shoved the stick into something else that was in the display case and ran away laughing, I realized she wasn't. They both laughed hysterically, waiting and the guy came out and stopped in his tracks in front of the case just staring at what she did. I left, shaking my head and not sure how he dealt with it, but they may have known him, from what it seemed like. It was very immature and knowing that anyone can walk up at any time and touch food items in the case, is gross and unprofessional.

worst experience ever?i ordered short caffe latte and they gave me tall one . no one was paying attention while i was ordering customize coffee. coffee lacks taste and nothing was exactly what i ordered . total wastage of time and money .Parking: ample space for parking .
People at both drive through and inside are not the friendliest. I've had my order wrong almost every time and when It's brought to their attention they are rude. Their wait time is ridiculous. I've waited up to 25 min for 3 coffees and a pastry. Definitely stopped going to this location, I'd rather drive an extra 5 min to the one on West main. I've tried contacting the main office about service every time and they "can't get in the system"I've never left a bad review but I had to for this one.

Normally love this Starbucks but the new barista by the name of "Lana" at this location had the worst attitude. She was rude, snappy and bothered with my simple order (iced coffee). Not personable or professional like the rest of the baristas normally are. Do better.
