The food prep was done exactly what we ordered. The young gal was professional & helpful with suggestions & where the napkins were. My husband told her a funny joke & she laughed as well as myself. The A/C was at a good temperature. She mentioned in hopes the rest of our day would be a good one.š

My coworkers and I have gotten food poisoning multiple times when we grab our lunches here. One time sucked, but 3 times AND all my coworkers got sick too on different occasions. They should seriously take better care of their produce or rethink their supplier.

If I could give this location a zero star I would. I placed an order online and waited till my pick up time to go pick up and they stated that they did not have my order. I showed them my order and that I had been charged. Employees just disregarded me and didnāt do anything till I asked what could be done. They called the manager and letās just say if thats the way that the manager talks her paying customers itās insane. Her only solution was to have me place my order again and pay again. I told her it was ridiculous and her solution was to get out or get escorted out by the cops. Never coming back to this location again. Horrible customer service!

Worst customer service Iāve ever experienced. I was told by the manager Liz I was going to get a refund on a order form 13th Iāve called almost everyday since and was told a new excuse they told me by Monday I would have my refund. Well itās Friday of the following week and no refund. I called again today and was told Liz would be in to call back in a hour and when I did I got this girl who said Liz is on vacation for like a month and that basically she didnāt believe me tried to look back on the camera and couldnāt even get the right day and said I wouldnāt get my refund after Iāve been told for 10 day I would. Worst place ever. Donāt go to them.

Be very careful going to this subway.I placed a online order picked it up it was a ft long cold cut combo.I came home ate 1 half of the sandwich decided to open it up and give a few slices of meat to my dog. When I saw the cold cut it had mold on it. It was the most disgusting thing. I tried to then make my self vomit what I has already consumed.. but it wasn't coming up. The next day I felt extreme nausea and pain in my stomach for the next 8 days I was extremely sick. Please beware do not order from here. They never change the products and products are not fresh they will only change the dates and still sell it..Stay away from cold cut, Capicola, pastrami, eggs, and veggie patties as a previous worker I spoke with told me these are somtimes past 7days and they change dates instead of throwing them away. Absolutely disgusting...
The sandwich changed the way I look at life, and on top of that the service was amazing.
