I have ordered a birthday cake a week ago before it’s been picked up. And its pick up was today I did sent the picture of the cake which I want. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. It wasn’t the cake which I have ordered. I called them in the morning to send a picture of the cake before it’s been picked up. But still they didn’t sent me any because it wasn’t ready yet!!! I am from canada and I haven’t got what I wanted. Will never recommend this bakery to anyone the staff is so rude and poor customer service. I am attaching the picture of the cake which I have ordered and which I have got. I did payed them but still it was such a disappointment for me. They just ruined my surprise cake.

Been going here for pastries and cookies. Their nazooks used to be full and fresh. The past 4 times I got some, they have been old and the filling is literally no longer there!I do not recommend this place! Save your money, and go elsewhere!
