1/5 Stars. Where is the 0 star option?! I spent more than 40 minutes waiting for my order. Keep in mind, this branch was completely empty and had no high traffic of customers coming in/out. I approached staff about my order status and they said they had never prepared it in the first place. TERRIBLE TEREIBLE SERVICE! I miss the other workers that used to work here. This new hired crew doesn't quite have it together to run a fast food chain at its speed. I would recommend everyone to go to another Taco Bell branch where the staff/service will actually pay attention to orders and you won't have a negative experience like I did today.

If you are allergic to milk severely such as a stomach issue that can progress to a worse condition or just a non- dairy diet I suggest avoiding coming here, specifically on SUNDAYS. I request that you also avoid the cashier called Tatiana De L, at first she seemed kind just doing her job, through the drive through. When I had ordered all my meals with no cheese. I get my meal...and sure enough cheese on all my tacos. My friend decides to go inside for me..and the story I hear is as if a circus is playing in there for no audience but to fuel someone's ego who cannot take the fact of a mistake. She is rude and insists that we asked for cheese, which I assure no one with a severe dairy allergy ordered from the doctor to not eat cheese would do. She repeated herself three times, as if that would change the chances of my stomach handling the cheese. My friend would request that she remake the order and through it all she made sure sass with a tint of unprofessionalism was made with that.
I am surprised and taken back by the fact that someone this ignorant to allergies works here. The attitude was unnecessary, clearly someone who can worsen a situation rather than solve a mistake. If any allergies are present please go elsewhere, you will find yourself having to correct the order and deal with indecent behavior from fully developed adults. As someone who travels, this is my first one star experience. P.S, two other people in line were there for remakes because of this same issue with cheese...watch out lactose intolerant people or people with dairy allergies they may not be too fond of you.

Food was made correctly & fresh, 👍 The real gem at this location is their employee, Sherri. This employee redefines 'fast food service. Her above-and-beyond attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest, which is a rare and wonderful experience. So much can be said about how awesome she makes ppl feel. Keep up the good work . That is why the Golden State Taco Bell is my preferred location, even though it's across town.

I usually never do Google reviews voluntarily but I just want to say God bless whoever is running this location. Whoever made my Crunchwrap yesterday around 7:50pm 6/18 You are amazing I hope all your dreams come true. ITS SO HARD to find a Taco Bell that actually puts effort into their products. I will forever drive a town away just to come to this Taco Bell. Clean, fast, hot food. 🫶🏼

Kelly is very unprofessional, after we handed over our card to pay we got our food and not our card and us thinking we got it back with our drink we drove away and eventually realized and called back to see if she ever gave our card back and she didn’t which was no problem at first until when we asked to be compensated for having to drive back and our food being cold she laughed in our face with her no teeth having ass and gave us cold ass cinnamon twists.. never going back as long as she still works there. What happened to the good employees ?
