We had a stop from our biking and lunched here today. Staff were friendly and it was a very home styled of Mexican food. We had the prawn vegetables soup that came with corn wraps and a chicken burrito plus a rice milk cinnamon drink that was delicious and an orange jelly as well.

Super friendly restaurant that’s just off 101 in Chualar, a few miles south of Salinas. Try the sopes. They have a wide variety of meats that are pretty different to a huero like me. I liked the cabeza, and my husband liked his burrito de lengua. It’s our second time here.... it’s a great choice on our ride to SLO or back.
