Very poor customer service, I ordered large tandoori chicken and malai paneer pizza but they gave me medium pizza and charge for large pizza, when I called them, the lady on first desk argued a lot instead of apologies. Please check your box before take out. Thank you

Drove from Riverbank on Jan 15th to have pizza on my husband’s birthday. We ordered one large pizza and two drinks. Pizza ordered was half chili paneer and half curry chicken. We were told by the young man working that paneer was out of stock. Half the pizza was chili paneer without the paneer. I ran my debit card and was told that the transaction didn’t go through. I had added a tip to the first transaction which totalled $41.66. I ran it again and did not add a tip which totalled $37.20 and signed the receipt. Now I have 2 charges to my account totaling over $78. I called my bank and was told that Tandoori pizza should easily be able to refund the additional transaction. I just got off the phone with tandoori pizza after speaking to at least two people. They have no record of the second charge. I now have to go to my bank and dispute the additional charge. Just a hassle. I recommend cash only if you decide to visit. Pizza flavor is great although the amount of herbs has definitely changed from when they first opened. They used to pile fresh herbs on top and the pizza was outstanding. Also, no paneer? Just disappointed that we drove so far for an $80 pizza that I am going to have to take time at my bank to resolve. I was told that they don’t have a way to contact the company who issues charges for them. That doesn’t really make sense to me and although I was told that this issue “is not about customer service,” it is about customer service. Tandoori pizza needs to figure out how to resolve issues like this or get a different company to run your credit/debit cards through if in fact they are have no way of contacting them.

Tried making an order over the phone and the person who answered got irritated started being rude and then hung up on me as we were almost done ordering because he couldnt understand what i was saying but i was speaking English as clear as i could 😅😅😅 ill try again in a couple months see if it gets better 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our requests for pizzas when we went during their all-you-can-eat buffet between 11 AM to 2 PM, which costs around 10 dollars. The quality of the pizzas were very good and the different styles of pizzas made the buffet experience much better.

Me and my friends family tried this place for the first time and we were very happy we did. The service was great, the place and atmosphere was clean and the pizza quality was the best quality my friend and his family have ever tried.
You will not be disappointed at all, Pizza is quick to be made and the dough is tasty. I have tried many pizza places throughout California and most the time the dough is bland, not this one it is tasty especially when you dip it in the sauce they have.
Pizza lunch buffet 5/5 stars! We will be coming back and plan to introduce our family to this place.

The food was really outstanding! It's the best pizza which i have today i never had that flavorful and delicious pizza ever . The crust is thin and crispy and the toppings are fresh . This place is so neat and clean . And we received a wonderful customer service from the girl standing at the front she welcomed us and explained the flavors of all the pizza's last but not least i love this place !❤️?
This place has changed my life, I love Indian food and had never heard of Indian pizza. They somehow captured the incredible flavors of chicken tikkamasala and chicken curry but all on a light crispy pizza crust. Plus there all you can eat buffet during lunch hours was only $9.99! Also being the only 4 customers that came in during the lunchtime they were still totally ready to cook anything and everything fresh for us. They even came up after we had finished to ask how it was and if they could cook us another pizza. Truly customer oriented, I will be coming back here with my friends soon!!

Service - The woman at the counter didn’t understand english. She looked hesitant to hinor happy hour deals.
Food - Long wait time for the food. Pizza had excellent no.of toppings but the pizza itself was very dry and the taste was pretty forgettable.
Ambience- the place had no vibe at all. It was pretty bad because I think they were playing khalistani rappers on the TV. It was pretty bad.
Also this is expensive as hell.

We tried their pizza buffet and let me say that their pizza was delicious. We waited for about 8 minutes, and they brought out 5-6 pizzas. You can also ask them what pizza you want. Also, $10 per person is very affordable. Thanks.
Great pizza. Staff is friendly but service is VERY SLOW. Be prepared to wait a while. Especially if they are busy.
