Very bad customers service from Amanda give so much attitude when asking for rules and regulation told you can leave the building. Will never recommended this place to no one

I have been wanting to try this place for a while, just because of all the hype it received for being the only bowling alley in Turlock. But it's not just bowling, theres also laser tag! And outdoor games! And an arcade! And bars! And sit down food! So I'm going to just write down my experience for you.As soon as I walked in, two things hit me almost immediately. One was the noise, loud music playing Top 40 for the kids and hits from the 80s, 90s and 00s for everyone else, played at such a volume that everyones default pitch was shouting. The second thing to hit me was a tiny child as she drunkenly ran through the arcade. There were children everywhere, which I thought was weird since it was like 9 PM. Tiny children running through the aisles of arcade games and licking hand rails, to groups of teenagers running through other groups of people and licking each other. Lots. Of. Kids. Our group decided to play laser tag. I love laser tag. It's a blast. Usually. This was not. There are no vests, just guns. The only place to aim for is on the front of other people's guns, which means you can only shoot at them when they're shooting at you. The guns shoot in some shotgun-style mode with a cluster of 3 shots in a triangle spread that is slightly askew. This means that there is literally no way to hit what you're aiming at. You need to aim to the left and down. Also, because there are no vests, you're not playing under a name. You pick up gun #9, shoot around for 13 minutes, then the game ends. What place did I rank? How many times did I shoot that 4 year old playing with her dad? You'll never know, because literally no one is keeping track. When the game ends, you put your gun back and leave. And that's it.Food area was packed. It was a Saturday, so I guess that makes sense. Our waitress was obviously very busy and spread too thin. It took her 15 minutes to get to our orders, but I was watching her run from table to table, taking other orders and bringing tabs and drinks. I only saw 2 wait staff, but there were like 3 bartenders behind the bar. Once she took our orders the food and drinks came out pretty quickly. And it was about this time that the music turned on.I thought that it was pretty loud at first, with the music and the noise of bowling and arcade dings and children and adults yelling and crying. But the music stopped mid song, and I distinctly remember thinking to myself "well that's weird". But then Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl" hit me like it was trying to cure cancer and I literally could not hear the person next to me. We were shouting at each other about what she was doing for the weekend, my poor wife was across the table but may as well have been in the bathroom because there was no way she was going to join our conversation.I did not get to bowl, but it seemed like people were enjoying it. I can tell you that there were TV screens so big that they covered 6 lanes, and that there were so many TVs and projectors that even Buffalo Wild Wings was like "Dude, what are you compensating for?" Of course the volume was off on all of them, because who wants to hear the announcing of Stanford v. Oregon when House of Pain's "Jump Around" is shaking your soul.It seemed like people there were mostly enjoying their experience, but to be fair most of them got dropped off by their moms.

Clean and nice joint to bowl and play some billiards like I usually do. Sometimes there’s a fair going on outside at their parking lot but nothings ever announced for it.

At times bar service can be a bit slow. Overall people are great food is good. The atmosphere is great family oriented for all ages.

The place itself seems very lovely and the employees are so incredibly nice and accommodating. However I do worry for them as a lot of them seem overly tired more so than normal. Apparently some of them worked until two in the morning and were asked to come in at ten the same day. That seems a bit overwhelming to me and I hope this isn’t the norm especially with nicely they treated me and my family

Came for the pinball machines, but the arcade and bowling alley itself was very impressive. They also serve full meals at the bar if interested. On the topic of the pinballs, they both were in great condition and required cards to play. The Ghostbusters card reader wasn't on sadly so I wasn't able to give it a full evaluation. I'll be back to get on that Ghostbusters machine and get some bowling in.

We don’t come here very often, but whenever we arrive, we enjoy our time, especially the kids. Veronica the prize/ordering counter lady was accommodating and informative (Thank you Veronica) We are thinking of coming here every Tuesday moving forward ?

My daughter and I had a great experience here! Modern/high-end bowling infrastructure, with bar and food service, to your lane! My daughter also enjoyed the arcade area, but the highlight of this place is definitely the bowling! I will be back and will recommend it to others!

Had a party here last night for my employees and I must say the food was amazing. Prime rib, chicken marsala and all of the sides very good! The two young men that assisted our party were just as good I believe their names were Jesse and Trenton. We used the back 8 room and everyone had a chance to bowl and socialize with plenty of room. Thank you Ten Pin and staff for all yourhelp. We will be back!

Amazing! Great wings, safe family friendly environment, everything clean, friendly staff, big and the arcade is lots of fun. A must go to place in Turlock!

I'd like to start by saying that this would be a more happier, friendly place if the people that answer the phones would actually answer the phones and would have a better attitude. And more important that they call you back when you're trying to reserve for a birthday party or something. Now I'm gonna tell everybody who reads this, That there is a bad habit of places requiring you to pay for a tip and this place. the mandatory required tips are enormous, especially when people get paid by the hour. A tip or gratuity is a gesture from a customer to let the server or waiter know that they did an excellent job and that they earned it. This should not be something that is forced for anybody to pay to go into somebody's restaurant. They should be lucky that we chose to go there. Another thing the prices for this place are so expensive I understand why but they make it incredibly hard for a family that is on limited or low income to enjoy themselves. I need to let everybody know that we as customers and we as people keep these people in business as much as they may think that they're high and mighty. They need to humble themselves and be a little bit more respectful or do an internal investigation to see what's going on with their employees attitudes. As for the owner or owners of this establishment, remember without customers in without us going in there, you have no business you can fail, and as much as you think that you're the best, Turlock has to offer if you want to be challenged and see how much your business can fail that is possible as well, but we want to inform you that you need to wake up humble yourselves And have a meeting with your managers and employees daily on what your expectation is for your business out of your employees, and what you expect the customers to get when they call and when they go there. Ask for everyone else that is thinking about taking your family there. Please look at the prices online go inside and check out their attitudes and the atmosphere then make sure you look at how much the package deals are my God it's not even worth going. I'm giving you the advice and the warning now.

Like the Dave n Busters and Round 1s, Ten Pin is a similar spot with an arcade, a bar and bowling area. The spot is pretty modern. Their private areas are rustic and comfy. We had a great time bowling and the lanes were OK. The young lady that checked on us was friendly. We didn't order anything to eat but she did bring us a couple of waters.Plenty of parking and probably the most entertaining thing to do in the area.Review #56 of 100 in 2023.

My bill was $246 for drinks only for 3 people. We were celebrating a homecoming King win. I tipped our server $40 not knowing they had already added a $37 tip to my bill!! Then if that wasn’t bad enough I left my bank card behind and one of their staff tried making purchases with my card as if they hadn’t already got me for an $80 tip now they want to continue to rob me!! This establishments staff sucks!!

Dropped into the Sports Bar at Ten Pin Saturday night for burgers and brews. I'm giving them five stars for timely service, great burgers and a ginormous tv to watch Michigan v Michigan State. We had a choice of sitting at the bar, table or booth. We chose the booth for its coziness. A hidden gem since everyone comes for the bowling.
