Family-owned and they care about the food they make it's awesome
The sushi wasn't bad.. The teriyaki chicken bowls were a different story though. The chicken tasted old, it was super dry and tough. The veggies tasted like they had been in the fridge for a few days too long and then boiled in dish water. It sucks cause I spent over $80 on dinner. Will never go there again.
Teriyaki chicken bowl was great
Foods always great. I usually get the teriyaki bowl. The sushi is great too. My favorite is dragon roll.

Nice lady, clean kitchen, good food. Grab the #3 Yakitori Chicken on a stick or the #5 Double Teriyaki Chicken and a deep fried roll. Bomb food.

Had tofu rice and veggies bowl to go. I prefer veggies a bit more cooked, otherwise very good. Husband had the beef bowl, he loved it!

Not sure why some of the bad reviews but my experience was great!! Food was tasty and cooked perfect. Had Sushi also which was great for the price. I will definitely return!!
Oh MAN, I cannot wait to tell y’all about my favorite food stop. The name might be teriyaki number 1 express, but we call it “Katie’s” that’s the name of the lovely lady up front who answers the phone and hands us our order. Feeling down and want something fast and warm? This is your spot. Double chicken bowl with extra sauce just hits, you know? The rest of the food here is amazing too, I’ve had the sushi(various rolls and they all slapped), the chow mein has the perfect springy (not spongy) texture. If it’s your first time going just a heads up, the parking lot to the north is a little small. Call in ahead of time and it’s faster the McDonald’s for less.
