Usually have a great time here, every time, but one time can ruin a person’s whole perspective on this location. Got drinks one night and they were super watery, and tasted like they had no alcohol. When I explained this to the manager he said it was “policy” to use predetermined amounts of each ingredient. I agreed that’s fine if that’s the policy but this drink specifically has no alcohol, and I didn’t want to pay extra for watered down juice. Manger argued with me and tied to say he couldn’t remove it from my tab since it was “half empty.” It was half empty because I had everyone at my table try it and thy all agreed there was no alcohol. Manager eventually removed it off my tab, but not my husband’s also watered down drink. The service was absurd for a Texas Roadhouse. I expected better from this manager in particular. The only good thing about this experience was our second server Marc. He saved the experience and is the only person we decided to tip for his outstanding service.

Just read a review about a server rushing the guests. Mine was very similar!! Went last night and the waiter was not great. Her name is Liz. And my husband still tipped her because he's not greedy! The food was great! I just can't stand a moody waiter made me even more upset I asked her if she could do the birthday shout out because we were there celebrating our sons birthday ! Well she of course forgot. Just wished we had better service.

I have been here several times, every time it gets worse, service is going, food is going. This place has lost its touch. It’s dinner rush, 530pm waited 30 minutes (not bad) but in that time they didn’t put one steak over 14oz. Poor selection, asked if they could put more out and was told that’s what they had. Just not as impressive as in the past, if you have to go, go, but going back to other options

We were waiting for food for about 30 mins it felt longer because they brought us more bread to cover the time. I probably waited like an hour to eat. We were in the waiting area for about 15 mins, then seated and were not acknowledged for about another 15-20 mins. Following that another 10 mins to order and then 10 to get just our beverages. We also placed our order of food at the same time due to the wait time being so long. We waited exactly 28 mins to get our food. Overall a 2 and a half hour experience and the food was cold and we couldn't get our servers attention to let her know. At that point we just ate, paid and left.

My wife and I had an amazing anniversary dinner at this restaurant. The food was delicious and presented nicely. Our waitress and busboy were both very attentive to our needs while maintaining a positive attitude. The environment was inviting and welcoming with great decoration on display. Not to mention the tv’s and music choices gave family gathering vibes for me.👍🏾👍🏾🏆

Food is good but it was crazy packed. Went on a friday night. I do think the staff did their best to service us but they were stretched thin with the amount of customers they had to help. Would go again just with reservations in place.

Great service from Cam! The atmosphere was great. It did take a while to get seated but after that the service was perfect. Cam was on top of everything, even helping out the tables that he wasn't assigned to. The Mac and cheese was not great but you can never go wrong with the butter and rolls.
Little wait time, very clean, not overbearing loud.

I’ve came to this place twice and the first was very good service. The 2nd time I went and took my family for a bday dinner our waiter was rushing us to eat and leave. She lied to us that there was no bread available and backed up when we literally saw other waiters bring out the bread and butter to their guests. The food came out and it was delicious. The thing was every-time we were eating our waiter kept looking back at us and asking if we needed anything else like 5x which we didn’t we were just trying to enjoy our dinner. Then she brought out our check and said if we needed to go boxes. Usually as a customer we ask for the check when we are ready to pay and leave. She didn’t give us that option or chance to do so. She was just rude and in such a rush to leave. As soon as we paid she took off never saw her again. We weren’t even taking our time we were in there probably like an hour. I just felt like her service could have been better but she chose to make haste for some reason.

Steak was over cooked, waitress had to be hunted down. So my bf steak was extremely over cooked, my food got cold waiting for them to redo his streak. This was his birthday dinner. It was a disaster.

My only complaint...Had 3 legend margaritas and not one buzz. Sat at the bar and the tequila that they put in there is under the shot limit. Weak and watered down drinks. They were tasty but not a top shelf. Services were great. Food was great.
