Arrived and ordered food at opening at 10:30 am and the floors are filthy and every table has food residue and food crumbs on them. Why is your restaurant so filthy first thing in the morning. Absolutely disgusting. Clean your restaurant!! Will never eat here again.

Went through the drive thru and took over 20 minutes due to them having to make more fries. One of my items was missing, so I went back through the drive thru. Still took another 20 minutes. We only got 2 burgers and 2 fries- not a huge order that should have taken that long. Staff at the window was polite but wait time was ridiculous.

I came in and no one helped we intended to pay cash and settled to pay card to use the kiosk since no one came to help for 10+ minutes. Dining was also dirty but food was the only good thing about our experience.

Just ordered, one meal was missing when we went through the drive through. When we went inside to inform them I was completely ignored. Also when I got home I noticed we were cut short on a double patty meal. We feel ripped off.

They never get my add ons right. The Ceres location always gets it right the first time, but this one doesn't. Add bacon? No bacon. Order a cheese burger lettuce wrap? No cheese. Just constantly inconsistent.

My teenager son wanted to try this place out . We went through drive through which took at least 30 minutes. I was surprised that my total was 20 something for a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I don't know if what I paid for was worth it. My son's opinion was that it was alright. He said he probably wouldn't be asking me to take him here. But he did like the coleslaw that they put on the sandwich.

Super surprised the burgers were delicious and fresh. I can't believe its 5 bucks for fries but that's nothing new in 2025
Took 25 minutes to get our order of three items. We saw multiple people that ordered after us get their food before us. Manager claimed it was because they did on a computer. Salad was in horse bite sizes and included a hair. Men’s bathroom out of order. Will never return.

Delightful hot not soggy and correctly assembled It was okay the super nice drive-thru lady came over and took my order cuz I really hate using the kiosk I just do I'd say 4 stars for the food 5 stars for the lady who waited on me two for the manager and atmosphere is the same
