Please work with your crew that worked this evening at the Monte Vista location on customer service. How appropriate that the servers initials were PMS as listed on my receipt because she sure acted like she didn’t want to be there. Neither employee asked what I wanted or didn’t want on my sandwich. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to this location and both times I have been unimpressed with the customer service.

The portions here are so small it's ridiculous. Your paying 12-15 dollars for a meal and won't get full. Save your money and go to the one on Geer.

There was only one guy waiting on his food and they forgot his cookies and chips and then when I got my food after over 15 mins- no avocado but sure did get charged a dollar for it. Sucks bc I waited so long and then didn’t even know until I got home. They just stood around talking I’m not sure what was taking so long.

I am so disappointed with my experience today in the restaurant I always go in and never have an issue there I go at least 2 to 3 times a week management well knows me there today I went to go get a sandwich and it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had I’ve ordered The clubhouse melts and all I got was bacon cheese and turkey. Also I ordered at the kiosk and I ordered a drink so I told the lady and she handed me the drink and then the other lady comes along and she said I’m sorry you did not order a drink, so took it away from me. I told them that every time you order at the kiosk, the drink never shows up. It was the most embarrassing moment with other customers Being there I could have paid for the drink, but why should I when I had already paid for it? I wasn’t gonna pay for it twice like I say I will never return here very disappointed with the service I got in the food that I got.

Unprofessional, unorganized, and unapologetic. I have tried this new location numerous times and the same issues persist. Every time I have gone in customers are calling in or returning as their orders were not correct. The last time I went in there was no line and I was never greeted or helped and had to use a kiosk to place my order and then waited a half hour for my sandwich. Please train your employees on customer service and being attentive to their customers.

I went in and got a mini sandwich and soup. I was bummed to find out Atwater and Merced Togos location doesn't carry the Chicken Noodle soup this year because of low demand. I love togos chicken noodle soup, more than Paneras, Subways, and Deli Delicious. It was about right. The sandwich maker toasted my sandwich and it was so delicious. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be stopping by here next time!!

The newly remodeled Togo's is just so sterile and corporate looking. Total lack of homeyness that used to be more welcoming. Now your sandwich is made on an assembly line ( Henry Ford would be proud) . The personal inter-action between the person making your sandwich and you is gone. Kiosk's are set up to order and pay , further removing the personal touch. I'm very sad that Togo's in Turlock has taken this path. With that said, the sandwich is still good but as a long time customer going back to the Original shop on William St in San Jose 55 years ago I'm disappointed that Togo's has chosen a monotonous environment for their business.

I've ordered multiple times and each time something is missing in our sandwiches or the sandwiches are poorly constructed. The one on Geer was much better and never had issues. Very disappointing.

First time at the brand new location and I must say it surpassed my expectations! The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic! I will definitely come back again:)

Just ate a pastrami reuben sandwich and to my surprise... it was great! I think they newly opened because the kitchen was clean, staff looked prepared and balloons were everywhere. I grew up in Orange County where supreme of Pastrami sandwiches could only be found at one place called the Hat. Seldomly would I ever eat a pastrami sandwich if It didn't come from the Hat but now Togos has changed my mind. Bread was soft, meat was well seasoned and presentation was clean. 5 stars!

Prime rib and French dip is amazing, as well as the honey mustard!
