If you see Julie working then you know you are in good hands, she is so sweet and makes my days/nights so much better, please give this nice girl a raise. Legit one of the only reasons I shop here. Her customer service skills make a difference.

First time doing a curbside pick up and I have been waiting for 30min my email said to be here between 9:00-10:00am so I got here at 9:30 and I have been waiting 4 other cars that pulled in 10-15min after me have already been loaded up and left already. The lady I talked to was so rude and told me she was understaffed and never received my confirmation but then proceeded to confirm that I was parked in a specific spot number, which I never gave her, and she quickly got off the phone very unprofessional. I will say, though the gentleman that loaded my groceries for me was very kind so I appreciated that.

I don't know why this place exists or maybe it's just the management and workers they decided to have represent for this company but depends on the day.time.month or anything for this place to be somewhat good of a quality. They are so slow when it comes to all the key lock ups to open them like why put them up then. More of your staffs probably steal then regular customers. So I am a spark Driver. Couldn't pick up my 3 orders because I had "dried up stain of dish soap" in my trunk. First off, I got that because of a spark order the soap cap wasn't on correctly so it spilt. I cleaned it same day but the blue color is going to stay there as a stain. Tell me why the manager or whoever is in charge in that back room said that's the reason why she's not giving me my orders because my trunk is dirty. After I explained why it was there and it was a stain she decided to give me another reason on why I couldn't pick up my spark order. Because I had a passenger in the front seat. I have a divider in the back seat plus my trunk. So I don't know why 3 orders couldn't fit in the trunk, and 1 order on each side of the back seats. I go to the other Walmart in Turlock, doing a spark order again. And they didn't tell me anything what that lady told me. In fact they gave me my order without question. This Walmart on Geer is NOT ALLOWED to make your rules up with SPARK. I talked with Spark Customer Service and they told me having a person in my vehicle isn't a problem. So you guys need to get your facts right, that goes out to the manager. And stop making up your own rules because I will call ON THE SPOT Spark Customer Service for them to TELL YOU differently. I will say names next time.

I see bad reviews but I shop here regularly and the employees are always so friendly. I love the prices and the order online/pick up service has been stellar. The best part is the pharmacy staff. They've been a huge part of me getting my health in order. It's a busy store and we have a labor shortage so I don't expect it to be like going to the spa. It's grocery shopping folks.

Usually go to the Ceres Walmart for curbside pick up, but they didn't have what I needed so I went to Walmart in Turlock on Geer. System was having issues to check in for curbside pickup so tried calling number on the pick up area sign for 20 minutes, no associate available to pick up phone according to the voice mail. Finally got through and spoke to an associate to check in, still waited 15 minutes with only 2 other cars in the pick up area. Overall wait 35 minutes.

Debbie the manager is extremely aggressive, hostile and rude. I was trying to ask her questions and have her explain to me why I was being charged for two items but only allowed to take one. She said her system said I was being charged only for one but the receipt her register printed/showed said two and my account showed two as well. She snatched the receipt violently and refused to give me my receipt after. She supposedly cancelled my transaction but refused to give me a receipt that it was canceled. Her employees agreed that she was being rude and said that she's always like that. They were scared of her and she even got angry with them when they told her she doesn't have to be mean. I told her we're just trying to understand what happened she laughed and rolled her eyes. Debbie is not only mean to customers but her employees too! They all tried to help but Debbie wasn't listening to anyone. We went home empty handed and we're still charged!

It's amazing the world we live in. I could walk out of this store with $900 in goods and I'd be fine. They wouldn't do anything to me. I have the unfortunate experience of being a paying customer. They treat the paying customers like crap. Here's my story-I asked for a product to be price matched. The only price is 50 cents lower than the store. Not a big deal, but why pay more. They told me they don't price match. To get that price I need to buy online. So they don't have a problem giving me the price, they just want to give their customer a huge hassle first. I can leave, but the exact same items in my cart and get the better price. This is among the dumbest customer service policies I've ever seen. Who made this policy and how much are they making? Seriously. What ever it is, is too much!

I love using Walmart's online shopping. I typically use the pickup option. I always seem to get the times I want. The order is correct and the Walmart delivery clerks are friendly and professional.

Ok,most of the time. Always find some good deals here. store could be a little more organized but all in all, it's a GOOD place to shop. Today, I found some delicious frozen can't wait to try.

This store sucks! I waited for over 20 minutes for someone to assist me in the make up isle. No one showed up. The frustration of pushing the button for someone to help me is so inconsiderate. It's your job ( happy to help) to help customers out. Not to ignore the call over your radio. The people who does the online grocery orders are very rude. I know your on a schedule but you don't need to run people over or out of the isles. Need more training on customer care! There are a few nice people who work there.

I'll be short. Walmart could have caused someone to get sick with the rotten chicken they sell. It smells HORRIBLE! I bought the chicken for my dog but I won't subject my dog to this rotten chicken.
