I came on my 30 minute lunch and ordered a large chilli and a drink. I got back to work with 5 minutes to spare and was about to eat some of my chilli. The first spoonful had a long black hair in it. I couldn't eat it. Set it aside and had to go back to work. After work I went to get my money back. The manager questioned why I didnt come back then or call, I told her I was at work, I couldn't do that even if I wanted to. Then she questioned me about the hair. If it was my own hair do you think I wouldnt have eaten the chilli? I gave them a full bowl of chilli back plus the hair I found. And they took my receipt and reluctantly gave me cash back after the rude questioning. Not very customer friendly in my opinion. I dont think I will be returning due to this. Im planning on calling corporate.

Came in the morning, passing by got a combo n when I stopped to eat. I noticed a little black dot on the cup and examined it seeing it was a type of fly. I got a maple chicken sandwich which smelled funny and tasted wired so I threw it away I've had it in other locations but this time it was different I didn't want to get sick.
