The pretzels are alwys cooked well and never burnt , they always make there pretzels fresh and even if they are a little crispy they make them new for you.

The food is now becoming a regular that it's burnt and secondly going in at 11:30 on multiple days there is barely any product in the case and when you ask when they're going to have more pepperoni pretzel they tell you it's gonna be a while. The product used to do good and the service used to be good but apparently they don't want to sell during lunchtime hours

Too over priced for pretzels, food, in my opinion, was not good. Ordered the triple grilled cheese, it had way too much sauce. We ordered a pretzel and a pretzel dog, the pretzels were hard and soft at the same time, like they had been there forever, too dry. The do seem to get a lot of customers though, the space was a little too small to handle that many people comfortably. The customer service reps & food preparers we're nice and tried their best, which was most appreciated. Would I go back, definitely a "no" for me.

Tried to door dash from here twice and it was a mistake both times. Each time they forgot my dipping sauce and sent burned pretzels. Like so burned they were inedible. Thankfully door dash gave me credits because I know I wouldn't have gotten a refund from them. It's Twisties from now on. At least then I KNOW I'm getting fresh pretzels and not the burned ones left under the heat lamps too long.

This is my first bad review, EVER. I ordered from DoorDash which was perfect and on time. The whole order was a MESS and disgusting. The pretzels tasted like they had sat under a heater all day. Totally uneatable with the consistency of plastic. We did not receive either of the drinks we ordered. The cheese dipping sauce was rancid with curdled chunks in it. Absolutely disgusting. Every single item went into the garbage can.

The moment I went into the building, the workers did not greet us. I was standing in line for about 10 minutes and no one was in front of me. Then one of the worker said it's going to be a while. She said there's a lot of door dash orders. I get it but I'm a customer too and there's no line. She didn't even bother to ask what I wanted to order. It could have been something easy like a drink. In this case it was pre made bites and cheese. She grabbed the stuff and processed the payment. And didn't even smile or anything. No customer service whatsoever. This whole situation could have been prevented. Never coming back to this location
They have old pretzels out for sale. They get upset when asked if they could make a fresh one. Waited over 20 min for ONE pretzel just because I had them make a fresh one?! Isn't that there job? All young kids working no type of management present

Best pretzels I ever had cinnamon bites with caramel.It’s a bit pricey for pretzels but overall there absolutely delicious.

Arrived around lunch time and was told they were out of what I wanted but stated a fresh batch would be ready in about 10 minutes so I went to Target and returned half an hour later and they saved my pretzel for me and had it ready for my return. :-) Friendly staff & good food as well.

I was very impressed with all of the different options they have now. The cashier was very sweet and I was in and out quickly. The food was hot and fresh and tasted delicious. I am so glad we have this in Turlock and in a perfect location right next to all of the shopping.
