This Wetzel Pretzel is so much better than the stands in the mall. Way more to choose from. The staff was friendly and we didn’t have to wait long. As always the pretzel bites and funnel cake bites were delicious! Will continue coming here when we are in town.

Just stood in the lobby almost 5 minutes waiting on someone to so much as ask me what I wanted to order and basically had to leave the store because the TWO people who were there refused to even LOOK at me . Disgusting.

Everything about this place is 5 stars minus the fact they charge for a cup of water.
Vegetarian options: They have a few vege options.
Parking: Might not find a park right in front but you will able to find a park.

Pretzels were good and warm. But oddly enough the service today was very poor. The expression on the servers face translated to being annoyed and unapproachable.Place was not busy at all but, maybe they were having a bad day today- it happens. Just made me feel like I did something wrong even though we got the wrong items. Didn’t want to push it and enjoyed the pretzels anyway.

This wetzel pretzel isn't your normal mall one! This place has a lot of creative things to get! And they all look delicious!
Terrible service. Didn't acknowledge me at all and said nothing at the counter. I had to just say what I wanted.
