Ordered $45 worth of wings, brought it home and nothing had any of the seasoning we ordered. It was all just left unseasoned and thrown in a box.
Thanks for the crap, Wingstop. Last time I go to this location.

Went to pick up my order which was supposed to be ready around 6:05 but had to wait in line as it was not ready . The shift leader Victoria was there who kept ignoring me and some other people who were asian like me . She kept on assisting other customers who were waiting in line behind me and kept ignoring and helping customers arriving after me which was racist , rude and disrespectful. Will never go to this place ever again . Had to raise my voice to be heard!

They talk more than what they work. I've been waiting 45 minutes for an order that I placed online for 15 wings. No costomers on the store have been on the store for 20 minutes additional just poor service

This wingstop use to be really good its gone downhill. Dirty tables, a 10 piece boneless took 45 minutes horrible service. We took their survey and asked for a drink cup to make up for the long wait time and they didnt give it to us. Order ahead the night crew sucks.

This place is busy from open to close and the staff always does an amazing job. Sometimes they make mistakes when they’re overloaded with big crowds but they’re always good about making things right. The food is amazing every time!

I ordered catering for a large group. The food was delivered on time by the friendly manager. It was packaged perfectly! Included everything we needed, forks, plates, napkins, and extra sauces! All of the wings/ items were correctly marked as so what type was inside of the containers and to top it off, all of the food containers were delivered inside a box layered with a plastic bag so after we were done eating we could throw all of garbage in the bag with no mess. They thought of everything and it was well priced. I definitely will use this Wing Stop again for my catering orders. Thank you! Everybody loved it!

Long story short, we ordered to the wrong wingstop. We called they were supposed to refund us 2 MONTHS AGO, not only have we not received it but the MANAGER wont speak to us. The employees continue to take our information to give to their manager but they will not call us back.

DONT EVER COME TO THIS WINGSTOP. First they didn’t even give me the correct order I ordered a 20-Piece boneless meal deal and instead of hot honey rub they gave me original boneless wings, I also ordered 2 tenders and they weren’t even fully coated in the sauce. More so it was just drizzled on top so I closed the box they came in the shake them to try and coat them. Also ones of the ranches was HALF full and when I asked for another ranch they took my half filled ranch away and gave me a new one. WORST wingstop experience go to Modesto or ceres for wingstop not Turlock guys plz.

Louisiana Rub is way way way way way way over flavored. They literally tried breading the chicken in the seasoning. Fries were soft and there was a missing ranch sauce

honestly worst wingstop experience ever still at the wingstop right now came in at 540 took 10 mins to order my food even tho i was the only one in line n the behimeth of a worker was talking wit her lil cooking squad while i ws waiting n its currently 640 n i still aint got my food ts got me mad af cause i had shi to do today but gorolock the destroyer and her stupid ass management team can talk but cant take my order or make my damn food

This place wasn't even prepared for Super Bowl. Sunday people out the door waiting said it was an extra half hour wait, Left came back to pick up the order. And said it was another half hour, so I had to cancel, Not even prepared for extra staffing.
