First they didn’t even give me the correct order I ordered a 20-Piece boneless meal deal and instead of hot honey rub they gave me original boneless wings, I also ordered 2 tenders and they weren’t even fully coated in the sauce. More so it was just drizzled on top so I closed the box they came in the shake them to try and coat them. Also ones of the ranches was HALF full and when I asked for another ranch they took my half filled ranch away and gave me a new one. WORST wingstop experience go to Modesto or ceres for wingstop not Turlock guys plz.

This place wasn't even prepared for Super Bowl. Sunday people out the door waiting said it was an extra half hour wait, Left came back to pick up the order. And said it was another half hour, so I had to cancel, Not even prepared for extra staffing.

I went to pick up my Wingstop order on Thursday 2/6 and as always they messed up my order. Pick up time was for 6:55 and ended up wanting an additional 30 minutes and first time I asked how long the associate said they were working on it. Second time I asked which was 15 minutes later they said the tag didn’t print out and they barely started working on it very annoying. Wings were incorrect and they forgot to add my little ranches that came with the orders. It honestly wasn’t even to busy they were just to busy talking and messing up the orders and had not a care in the world for the customers.

Fantastic chicken sandwhich for 6 bucks. All of the chicken is amazing but the fries are bad and theres a pretty long wait time. I recommend ordering ahead of time and going to pick up when its ready :)
My wife loves the food and ranch dressing. The parking lot is treacherous.

Bad customer service by Nichole place an order online pick up time was 5:30 got there at 5:5:40 to find out the my order wasn’t ready there waiting time was 30 to 40 minutes so I ask for a refund she responded so rude that they are not allowed to give out refund when I order online not in store so I called corporate office they said that DM will get in touch with my to wait for call so no call I haven’t from them so I them call store spoke to manager again so answers so I will move forward with this I’m not going to lose my money I want it back again Nichole has bad customer service I don’t know how she is shift leader also employee are so lazy they take for ever for you to get you’re food you need to order ahead like 2 hrs or more lazy as employees they need a clean up including management

I went yesterday and I was waiting for 1 hour in the line and I had called to cancel my order because I had been told it was going to be 2 more hours of wait and I had work and I asked for a refund and they did not care I had called on top of that 7x till they finally picked up. Line was out the door with them placing orders on the shelf but refused to call out names until someone said something. About 20 people left midway through.

I’m doing this review for it to be more helpful to folks that are new in the area. The food is very good. They’re definitely really hard workers pretty clean and I’ve never had a bad order that being said they get tremendous a number of orders, especially during peak hours, and you should probably expect it to be 20 to 30 minutes after the Online estimated Order time. I think this is because Wingstop doesn’t seem to really adjust the estimated time. Based on how busy it is still go here frequently still highly recommended but just make sure you have more time than is estimated.

They are always packed with people and the service is getting worse we got wings and all of them were full of fried feathers it was disgusting lost my appetite!! Maybe someone needs to put another wing stop in the area to ease the crowd at this place
