This isn’t pho. The broth tasted like grocery store bone broth. Little flavor or aroma

Nice atmosphere and good service.
Taste is above average. But, I give high marks for attention to Detail (all the fat are removed from meat). One recommendation is use of larger bowl to have room for sprouts and other vegetables. Price is slightly higher, but is made up by nice dinning experience.

This was the most disgusting Vietnamese dish I've had. 😥 My partner and I really wanted to try this place because they had rice macaroni. When we went to order, we pointed to the dish on the menu and said it out loud. When it came out, it was wrong and they insisted it was what we ordered pretty aggressively (not matching our tone or politeness at all). The dish they gave us was over $40, and it was disgusting... We really tried. The meat was tough and old tasting. The noodles were really oily and mushy... We had to leave it. We were so excited to come here... and now we'll never go here again.
Super great food! Wide variety of all the best viet dishes - located conveniently in tustin market place with so many things to do

Amazing food and beautiful atmosphere. Staff were so kind and very accommodating. Can’t wait to make this a go to spot! Would highly recommend.
This family owned restaurant is a 100% must visit when you are in OC. I've been here a few times and can vouch that this spot truly serves authentic Vietnamese food. Each time I come the service is excellent. Every visit the staff are super fast, helpful, and knowledgable about the menu. The ambiance is also perfect for casual dining. The lighting, high ceilings, and clean space elevates the dining experience. I highly recommend trying the dry pho with shrimp, fish sauce chicken wings, and any of their grilled meat dishes. The thai tea and lychee lemonade are both must try drinks. Flavors are rich, clean, and extremely flavorful. This is my go-to when I am craving authentic Vietnamese food.

Their buncha is so good! Really fresh and staff are kind.
399 Kitchen is a must-try in the Tustin Marketplace! They have such a diverse menu, from flavorful vermicelli noodle bowls, flavorful comforting pho, famous dill fish dish, to their Vietnamese Steak & Eggs came sizzling hot, the ribeye was tender, the sauce had so much flavor, and dipping the baguette into the yolk was perfection. Everything is packed with authentic Vietnamese flavor and presented beautifully.
Perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or a quick bite near UCI. Great food, friendly service, and an amazing variety of options!

Absolutely unacceptable experience and not just once, but three times in a row. I arrived at 7:30 PM, well before their posted closing time of 9PM, and every single time, I was refused service with the same lazy excuse: “the kitchen is closed.” Meanwhile, other guests were still being served, seated, and treated like actual customers. When I challenged the staff (again) and told them to at least update their hours on Google if they don’t want to serve people past 7:30, the man literally laughed in my face and walked away.
This isn’t just bad service it’s blatant disrespect and discrimination. If you’re not willing to serve people equally and respectfully, you shouldn’t be in hospitality. Don’t hire rude, arrogant staff who act like they’re doing customers a favor by existing. We walked out and went next door where we were treated like humans, not an inconvenience.
This place clearly has no interest in professionalism, consistency, or customer service. Lazy staff. Horrible attitude. Possibly racist.
Change your hours on the front window and only Google.
