This place has gone so far down hill over the years. I got here 10minutes after they opened, they hardly had any bagels, and that they wouldn’t make more bagels until 9am. Now I know why so many locations have closed…needless to say I won’t be coming back. You can find better bagels and service elsewhere.

I love coming here for the bagels with cream cheese. The food is good but it is expensive, be ready to pay premium prices. Anyway, there’s a lady at the front counter which seems to be the leader but seems to always be mad. Also, I noticed her sticking out her tongue for some reason, and being that it’s a food facility it looks a bit gross. The food is good the bagels are awesome. Please talk to this person, when I came she seemed to be upset with the employees. Maybe it was just me but the tongue sticking out is a no no.

I had a disappointing and concerning experience at Bagel Me. The cream for my coffee was clearly spoiled—chunks were coming out of it, which made the coffee undrinkable. There were three or four other customers nearby who had this same issue with the communal cream.
When I informed the staff, they dumped the contents of the cup but didn’t offer a clean replacement or even an apology. Adding insult to injury, I saw some of the staff laughing and making fun of the situation afterward. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.
What’s even more troubling is the potential health risk involved. Serving spoiled dairy isn’t just unpleasant; it’s unsafe and raises serious questions about how well this place maintains food safety standards.
When I spoke to the manager, my concerns were completely dismissed, and they denied what I’d witnessed. I won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to think twice before visiting until they address their staff's professionalism and basic food safety practices.
Good bagels just had a toasted bagel with some cream cheese. They have a good number of options and would like to go back and try the French toast (made from bagels) They also have some omelette options Selection was a little on the low side at mid day

I love their creamcheese soo much! The bagels are a different texture than usual, they're chewing and so good! My only concern is that every time I go I get real bad allergies I think there's some sort of mold growing there.
