I was beyond impressed with the customer service today. They went out of their way to help everyone quickly and the owner was working harder than anyone else. Keep it up!!!!

Most of the flavors were not available, ordered a banana split, got home, and there was no banana. Owner contacted me to try and have me change the review for a 5 star by giving me a replacement banana split. Seems to have consistently do this (you can see him doing this in a response below). Him being disingenuous leads me to believe most these issues come from the top.

Walked into get 2 quarts of ice cream granted at 9:25pm thinking they are open till 10pm because the website says 10pm but they are open till 9:30pm. I was ignored until they walk out from the back and say we are closed at 9:31pm. The kid sweeping ignored me also when I walked in. They did not want to help me for 2 quarts of ice cream that was in the freezer. !!!!!! Then a say I will give a Yelp review and one of the boys said "I don't give a F#%#.!! Totally blown away of the lack of customer service. I will never come here again I will drive 10 minutes further then spend another dime at this place. These kids that work here have zero respect. I even ask for there names and they say we are closed. Not wanting to give names. Worst experience ever.

My son loves ice cream cake so we've been getting one each year from this place. Friendly service and Brent is the best. Just order 24 hours in advance and your cake will be ready.

This place did a wonderful job on my daughters birthday cake and they really went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect for her party. Our party was at 9am on a Sunday morning so I was going to pick the cake up Saturday afternoon, but they called me and said the cake would do best if it was picked up day of. So they offered to open early so I could come get the cake then!! It was super helpful and the cake was utterly perfect for the party and all the kids loved it!! It tasted delicious and was so freaking cute!! Thank you the amazing team and for everything you guys did!

We have been coming to this location for several years. Tonight we were charged an additional .39 per cone for a single scoop on a cone. We paid $4.17 for a scoop and an additional .39 for the scoop to be on a cone. The employee said "we always charge for cones". This makes no sense as the board says "cup, sugar cone or cake cone" and then lists scoop prices for single and double. I pointed this out and the employee says, "I just do what my boss says". Not happy about this. I realize it is "only" 39 cents but it's actually $4.17 + .39. Not cool in my opinion. Also today the scoops were melts. Bummer.
