bb.q Chicken Tustin

As someone who is used to eating a lot of Korean food, I know what authentic Korean food tastes like, including street food. I wasn’t expecting much and I’m not a picky eater but I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the worst korean food I’ve had. I know this is a chain so I don’t know if it’s just this specific location, but everything was coated in oil, which tasted old. There was NO seasoning at all and there was no kimchi in the kimchi fried rice. I don’t write reviews normally but please, save your money and go to an actually good Korean place.

Food is really high quality and very generous!! crispy chicken always fresh and delicious! 🥰 very friendly and helpful staff! 🥰 the space is not wheelchair accessible really tight but they return it back for there friendly staff and quality of food. Highly recommend bbq chicken tustin 🥰

Upon entering the facility on Newport avenue in Tustin, I was greeted promptly by the associate. He explained my inquiries regarding the menu and suggested the best options for me. Once I consumed the food, I was delighted with the selection and prompted to submit this survey. The restaurant is clean and can accommodate an average sized group of people.

This place is so much better than the Irvine location! We ordered take out on 12/26/2025 and the soy garlic is delicious as always.

Also the girl staff was so friendly and helpful. We would only come to this location from now on. The Irvine location staff have never been nice.

I got BB.Q through Doordash while on a work trip in Tustin and I was blown away by the quality of every single item in my order. Delivery was quick to the hotel I was staying at. The Cheeseling flavor boneless chicken was the standout amongst an already amazing roster of what I'm digging into as I write this!

This BBQ Chicken restaurant is not as good as other ones. The chicken are cut super large and sauce not coated evenly. Doesn't feel like authentic Korean BBQ chicken.

Ordered delivery and the food was so good. The chicken sandwich was spicy and crispy and the fries were awesome!! Had the lemonade , while refreshing, was lackluster. Will order again!

The chicken is cooked to perfection every time at this location. Customer service is always top tier. I cheated and went to another location and let me just say no comparison what so ever! Anytime I want a 18 piece 😋 😩 Honey Garlic Chicken Wings I'm bringing all family and friends 🧡 to THIS LOCATION! 🤤❤️‍🔥
