Ordered delivery and the food was so good. The chicken sandwich was spicy and crispy and the fries were awesome!! Had the lemonade , while refreshing, was lackluster. Will order again!

The chicken is cooked to perfection every time at this location. Customer service is always top tier. I cheated and went to another location and let me just say no comparison what so ever! Three brothers in middle to high school years and a sister who just graduated from college ordered through DoorDash…
* Honey Garlic Boneless : sweet and crunchy. The sticky, sweet sauce was delicious to bite into.
*French Fries: Thicker than in n out fries, crunchy and airy on the inside. The salt granules are large and adds an elevated touch to the whole experience. A bit more expensive than we would imagine.
*Ddeok-bokki (medium) : spicy! And please note that there are sesame seeds sprinkled at the top. It is good to let them know in advance if you have allergies to sesame, which a friend did have (thankfully this allergy was not too severe)

I was appreciative of the few packets of hot sauce that accompanied our order. The portions for the chicken can always be a bit bigger, if you are looking to eat more chicken! However, given that this is seasoned chicken, I think a good amount of chicken was provided. I would order this again when hosting family or friends!

Everything except for the login process to place the order online was excellent! Signing in always has issues for some odd issue. Their app is very glitchy so I had to order through the website and was able to login that way to access my account. Food and svc are always excellent at the Tustin location so we drive the extra distance and pass 2 Irvine locations nearby our home just to pickup from this particular location.
